Absolutely awful. This is not the first time I have paid a lot of money for little food. They do not know how to properly feed their customers. I have complained to corporate before and no action has been taken. Also, our food was cold after a five minute drive home.

I have been completely humiliated from this location of the services are the weakest I've ever seen in my life. This location is not properly trained. If you get what you've ordered it's disgusting. A shame because the dine in appears newer and clean. Warm soda doesn't cut it either. No ice.

Three pieces total of popcorn chicken in the mac and cheese famous bowl. Im not one to usually complain about fast food as ive worked in the industry and for KFC specifically. I understand mistakes happen, but if I wanted to pay 10 dollars for a bowl of mac and cheese I wouldve gone to Panera lol. Maybe go to the KFC-Taco Bell on 3 Mile instead, they at least answer the phone.

Don't waste your time or money. The girls working are too busy talking & laughing with each other to listen to what I'm saying so of course they didn't give me all of the food that I ordered & I didn't receive the correct food. The last three times I've visited I did not receive everything that I had ordered, maybe that's KFCs way of making extra cash, who knows. Obviously management could care less about the rampant, subpar service. This restaurant has more one star reviews than Burger King...sad.

I don't know the name of the young girl that waited on me at the window but that was the rudest and most inept cashier I have encountered in the last 5 years. She couldn't count change correctly. She gave me the wrong change I held it out and said you gave me the wrong change (55 cents) she got upset took the change out of my hand and then started counting dimes back to me. My change was supposed to be 93 cents and she gave me 83 cents. I held it out and said you gave me the wrong change and she said no I did not and became belligent. I then told her to go get her manager. Fortunately the food came out correctly. The team leader that was working that night came out and apologized gave me my correct change and said that he would take care of reporting this to the franchise owner or general manager. The food was good and the team leader was excellent but my impression of this restaurant was impaired by the cashier that was working at approximately 9pm on Sunday August 6, 2023.

Rude nasty young counter person! Not the first time. Lost all our business for sure! HORRIBLE SERVICE with HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. Bay City Euclid location. They blew their LAST chance with ALL of us.

They forgot my biscuit. I really like the biscuit and they forgot it. So yup 1 star. Working in fast food isn't that hard. Give the customer what they paid for.

Went through drive through ordered the new nuggets and a 4 piece meal. Received order quickly. When I stopped at traffic light I tried a French fry they were cold and soggy. The nuggets were very greasy . I took them back. The person who issued my refund was trying but she didn't like the fact that I didn't want to wait for new order. At first she said she could give me a refund but eventually she did. Food quality was terrible .
