I ordered an 8 piece chicken meal. Since when does a 3 inch drumstick or a 2 inch thigh qualify as a piece of chicken! 4 of the 8 pieces could fit in my hand at the same time and the biscuits and chicken were over cooked. Didn't give me a receipt either. $33.58 wasted!
Beware!! I ordered a 8 piece chicken through the app, I ordered original all dark and received mixed chicken and all burnt way over done!! Call the restaurant and the manager with the Indian accent told me that I have to bring in my chicken in order for him to do anything about it when he could see on my app receipt what was wrong. I Splaine it’s not my fault that my order was wrong. I was there for the quick pick up order and I told him I lived across town and wasn’t coming right back to his Bartow location for him to view my burnt chicken!!! They could care less at this location and it’s only about the money. The service is unprofessional and they do not care as long as they get the money so buyer beware please check your food before you leave the restaurant area. I will never go back to this location because this is not the first time I’ve received the wrong order and had to bring back one piece of chicken!!!
Poor service I stood and waited over 15 minutes no one said anything to me let alone ask can they take my order this place has no respect for customers standing at the register to place a order I am watching the crew on the phone Walking around chatting with themselves instead of serving customers POOR Time to attend to customers I never was served I walk out And top it off the place is empty why did it takes so long to be acknowledged I made plenty of noise .The crew just did not care
First off I want to say I order the sixteen piece bucket meal usually runs us $50+ bucks. Twice we came in the store manager acts like he is ringing up the food on front register then goes and make change on on drive thru and the first time we didn’t get a receipt. I seen him write down our total on a piece of paper with other totals. Recently he did this again and tried to give us a receipt from drive thru with stuff we didn’t order. This store manager is stealing money from your company. Then on top of that there is a girl with no hair net wearing a winter head cap is very unsanitary and looks like she’s on meth and she’s making people’s food. We will never eat from your establishment.
Chiken over cooked, restuarant need cleaning. They have rules on what condiments you can receive based on your meal. Example, I was told that i can't get barbecue sauce for my chicken, which included chick nuggets order. Does not provide butter for biscuits. I asked can i get a copy of your police on what condiments you can receive with the type of food you purchased. The manger responded with no and that i am the owner.I even suggested why not just sell the condiments. I placed .40 cents on the counter and stated to him this should help with your condiments. I will never go to this place again. He treat customers as if that his KFC is the only one in Bartow. I will drive to a different KFC going forward. Horrible experience
Hot crispy fries, Spicy chicken breast sandwich rivals Popeyes. Dr. Pepper this time, as sweet tea was day old and sour on previous visit.
First if I stood at the cash register while all the staff looked at me. The manager even looked at me and said nothing until a young gentleman finally stepped in. The order was for a specific time and nobody was working on it and it wasn’t busy. They gave me old food from the bottem while the manager yelled at his staff.. absolutely the worse!
3 peace Meal was not good. Besides the very small chicken.The chicken taste horrible overcooked dried out . The Biscuit small and dried out/Hard. I threw it away with the chicken. I did manage to get the mash potatoes down again very small portion.The coleslaw I managed . Again very small portion and old tasting. I did give a one star for the drive thru Attendant because of her positive attitude.
