Their hours say they open at 10:30am.. I showed up at 10:30am and went to the drive through. No one said anything through the intercom. I decided to wait patiently, assuming they were running a few minutes behind. At 10:38 a female employee came out the back door of KFC to tell me that they weren't open yet, and said she had shouted that to me 3 times from beside the building. When I said okay and apologized for not hearing her, she had a very rude look on her face, rolled her eyes and then walked back inside. Management needs to clean house.

Went through the drive thru on a Friday evening around 5:30 pm and before I could say anything, a girl comes on the intercom and snapped at me telling me “they out off chicken!” Asked how could they be out of chicken on a Friday evening, and the girl replied “well we got some chicken strips and a maybe a breast.” I told the lady never mind and went to Popeyes. This place is a joke. Un-friendly staff and always claiming they have no chicken. Surprise they are still in business. Managers must not care.

Family member bought $60 worth of food for dinner yesterday... the food was utterly terrible... Gravy was too watery to be taken seriously, mac and cheese was very salty, and the chicken was a no. Was either hard or soggy from grease. Biscuits seemed like they took Hardee's biscuits from breakfast and served them to us. Going into that night we were all sick after eating. This morning, I still have no appetite for anything. Nostalgia or hunger, whatever it may be when you look at KFC, ignore it and keep driving. This location ain't it.

Just went through drive-through at 10:45 AM they were supposed to be open at 10:30, no one answered the drive-through intercom and then when I pulled up a lady rudely told me that they're behind, and they're not open with an absolute attitude. No apology whatsoever. This is definitely a wake up call to management to hire people with manners. We will never be back.

Out of wings, ketchup, and utensils but was not informed until after payment so had to take the food home which is 40 miles away. Putting this location on my NEVER GO AGAIN list.

This was the worst service ever!! Ordered online to pick up and they were 10 minutes late on getting my order!!! What's The purpose of ordering online? Workers there need to get some fire under their tails instead of staying on the phone!!!!

Employees were in no hurry to prepare orders. One moved with absolutely no purpose. Another stood around talking to the other employees delaying food preparation.

I like the food at KFC, but the last few times that I've gone they have been out of stuff. Also, you have to ask for something as simple as napkins and salt. I think they should ask if you need anything else before shutting the window where to get their attention by either sitting and waiting until they realize you are still there or having to knock on the window. They are too busy trying to beat the clock for how fast they are supposed to be, even if they have to move you out of the line to sit and wait for your order. They need to go through how to give good customer service.
