Initially getting to the drive through order the recipient was having a hard time hearing my order. The employee, on October 18th at 3:18 (Gracielam), couldn’t hear me while I was ordering my food through the drive through speaker so I decided to ask for it at the window . As soon as I got to the window I asked if I could have something added to order and the employee on staff said it was too late to order something else. I said their was no one else in line, is it possible I can get something else but she was persistent about not letting me order so I went on my way. I really like the location of this restaurant and would like it to improve if possible. I don’t like to write reviews but will not be coming back anytime soon primarily because of the service. Please hold your associates accountable especially in these uncertain times.
Ordered 2 special Tuesday Papa’s burgers no sauce, drinks w/o ice and asked for ketchup. The man didn’t listen. Put ice in drinks, no ketchup. This guy had attitude. Would not directly turn to talk to me. Drove away and the drinks were wrong again. Root beer not Diet Pepsi. I had to turn around and get new drinks. Now, I have to deal with this guy again. No telling what was going to happen to my drinks if you know what I mean! I was polite. This guy needed direction on how to be cordial to customers and talk to them directly instead looking out into space! Food was good. Tinny tiny tomato slice on hamburgers, too!
I paid for a large meal for my family. I was told to wait out front which I did for ten minutes,only to get home and notice that I was given brown water instead of gravy. When I called they said I would need to make it back to the store before they close which was in 8 minutes. They were not willing to bring the gravy out to my car like they did my meal just a few minutes before when I picked up my order. Zero customer service and I am horrified that they would serve brown water instead of gravy. I did not make it back in time and did not receive what I paid for.
we went there on 6/17/2023. we went to the drive thru and ordered a couple of burgers and chicken with mashed potatoes. as we were driving out, we checked our order - good thing, the mashed potatoes were missing, but fries were in there instead. we drove back around and told the person thru the ordering radio. he said we should come back around, return the fries and we would get the mashed potatoes. we thought it was odd he ask us to return the fries, but we pulled up and he handed my g/f the bag with mashed potatoes and asked for the fries back. i said we can't do that, he said "yes you can" and walked away from the window, never actually looking at us. pretty rude. we got home to find out we had gotten chicken strips instead of chicken we had ordered. it's not that tough, and they still got it wrong! not going back there. i would have liked to give them no stars, but this app will not permit that, so at least they got one!
Spent $55 on the worst meal ever. Ordered the 12 piece family meal the chicken was horrible, tasted like it was sitting out all day, half original half crispy because that's all they have, biscuits missing, the cake literally tasted like nail polish remover, horrible customer service.
this kfc vary bead no wear the columns not wash hands and forget my oder im waiting over 30 minutes only 4 pec chikan please not go this kfc
Thank you KFC!!! Came in clutch on a day I was hungry and upset. The girl in the drive through (Grace) was very respectful, and my chicken was crispy and fresh.
This store was a KFC/A&W. I ordered A&W food. A cheeseburger and a root beer freeze. Both were excellent as per usual!
