We asked the the Cook / cashier to give us a bucket all legs but she acted like she did not hear us and she gave us all the parts that are left in the warmer to make it faster and easier on them .. It was so mean and ridiculous to Act like you did not hear the request 🤬.. Paying $41 for such service is a joke .. This place need real people of service .. Too sad that few are there that take pride. And be grateful while working !!
Didn't have any problems. The guy at the counter was courteous. Food was timely and tasted fine.
Chicken is tasteless, overcooked and greasy. Doesn't taste like it used to years ago. No flavor, very bland, just a piece of meat. Potatoes and gravy is not good anymore, Cole slaw tastes sweet like they added sugar. I won't go back, prices way to high for this forgotten chicken recipe food
Not the cleanest looking in from the drive thru window. I would like to chall that up to it being a fairly older building. But the people were very nice and the food is always good. Their 20$ fill up box is a great deal!
Ordered our food online so it would be ready when we got there. Still wasn't ready when we got there. Order should've been ready by 5:11 pm. We finally left the store at 5:40. There were no other customers in the store.
Ordered the new chicken nuggets with fries and medium drink. Was told a 5 minute wait. That was fine. The employee told me to pull to the front and they would bring my food out, but she pointed to the side of the building. Twenty minutes later I got my food. The nuggets looked nothing like the ones on TV or the posters. They were exactly like Chik filet. Disappointing. Do not recommend.
Very welcoming. Not to busy . Gave us wrong pieces of chicken in our 2 chicken meal. I got a thigh instead of a breast. I didn't bother trading it in though. Hubby was suppose to get two legs but he got something else with his leg. He didn't know which piece but he took his tray to switch out that chicken before I seen it. The reason still rated highly is the friendliness of the staff. Restaurant was clean.
Today I ate worst sandwich in my life chicken was rubbery and tasted fake even not crispy at all. If Colonel Sanders had resurrected, he would have closed the shop
