I was there yesterday. Same old thing. Overcooked chicken! I ordered the original recipe. They cook it until the secret herbs and spices become black. Nothing golden about their chicken. I won't be going back. By the way, same bad results from the last three visits!
Placed online order. Supposed to be ready at 6:16. There I was at 6:30 still waiting seeing other people get the food they ordered after me. The lady running the food out told me they were waiting in fries. So it takes 30 Mims to cook fries? I assumed they were going to be really good. Finally got food 6:46. Get home which is 5 mins down the road, open the bag cold fries, they forgot my sauces, and the chicken is burnt.This used to be one of my go to places when I didn't want to cook. Never again.
Heads up... Don't ask them if the chicken is fresh at drive thru. You'll get ignored seriously. Repeated the question 3 times and sat there being ignored until I drove to window to be ignored even more until I had to drive off.Their staff need taught communication and etiquette skills. Called corporate so we shall see..Will never go there again. Reviews and word travels. Good job KFC.
Chicken was blackish like it was cooked in old oil. Did NOT taste good either. My wife got sick on it. The biscuits were as hard as rocks (no kidding) had to use the microwave to soften them up to be able to eat them. Extremely dissatisfied!!!!
Served old chicken at shift change. Pick up the drumstick and the skin fell off. The restaurant dining area was filthy, they where all laughing and gossiping when I was the only one in there. Went to use the bathrooms and I should have guessed it wouldn't be much better than where you have to eat at inside. Mystery stains on the wall by the trash can, stained toilet, liquids by and around the toilet seat its self, toilet paper dispenser left open and surprise it was dingey as well. Normally when I see places that are below par I don't review. But this place needs change and fast. I have seen fraternity houses cleaner and with a more welcoming attitude. KFC Corporate please either close store for revamping or just shut it down it's places like this that bleed your bottom line.
I've had bad food, but the food I had on May 15th 2023 from this KFC was on another level. This place is usually pretty good, but the food really left me sick and depressed. Specifically, the fried chicken which was cooked in old grease and the hard biscuits which was also old. It is what it is, but I won't be going there again anytime soon. Thank you.
I liked my chicken 🍗🍗🐓 I think they are under new management or something because before I kinda didn't like the coleslaw it tasted DRYand I like the tea too ,and it's not costly like chicken express. 👍
The chicken was super salty, corn tasted like sugar, the biscuit was super white and didn’t even look done, the potatoes tasted like water, and the macaroni was so gross I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. The staff were super friendly tho.
