We ordered a large sweet with no ice and at first the drink had ice. So we let the server know it should be a sweet with no ice. Then when he came back with our new drink it was now the raspberry tea with no ice. We didn't notice until we got home and drank it that it was definitely not their usual super sweet tea
Ordered 16 PC chicken tenders, just tenders today. I had old pieces of chicken that were refried. I also, had a few pieces under cook. This is unacceptable for the amount money I paid for the chicken. $50 wasted and I am not going back. I don't recommend this location at all.
Ordered a famous bowl, got nothing but corn and a few pieces of popcorn chicken.
Unfortunately the microphone in the drive thru didn’t work but when I got up to the front, Kaycee greeted me and apologized but was very kind and nice and had a pleasant tone and persona about her. She offered me a drink while we waited for fried to finish cooking as well. Very nice people here and wonder
Fried chicken so dark and not crispy! Second time in a month! Very disappointing!
I have no clue but the most bland and unsatisfying chicken I had it looks good but the taste tells a different flavor. Fries was warm and stale mediocre at its best bit I guess that's what I get for going there 45mins before they closed.
Wonderful service with hot, fresh food!
Chicken not as tasty as it use to be before. French fries were overcooked and hard. Threw away most of it. Cole slaw tasted like medicine. They lost the great taste of their food.
