This place should be called the worst sub shop in Boston. I lived here for over 40 years and have never experienced WORSE service and food in my life. The customer service is horrible and they don't tell you that you have to pay for the bag in advance so I spent 10 minutes trying to get a bag just to take my food out. I paid $15 for a large steak and cheese and received just bread and no meat. do not eat at this place. l there are many other places in the area like Nick's Pizza that have better food at a better price. Horrible. I tried to give them another chance last time I ate here I received chicken that was undercooked and I gave them a pass and tried it again. Same result. Eat here at your own risk

Ordered chicken nuggets on UberEATS and the person on the phone was incredibly rude. He told me they didn't have chicken nuggets left and he would have them tomorrow. I asked if I could get something else for the same price and he said no and hung up. I still haven't received my refund. I have never written a review before but this man ruined my night. I'd strongly suggest picking another establishment for mediocre food.

Ooommgggg 🤢! I really try not to put out any negative posts but I have to save ya the $20.60 lol. Aside from the amazingly sweet woman who took my order of steak Alfredo basically there isn't much else complimentary to say. The steak was so chewy it could not have been State tip grade beef. The Alfredo sauce I swear to goodness tasted like mayonnaise. there just wasn't very much flavor to anything at all actually. there may have been a hint of some kind of flavor but it just wasn't afraid at all. Also for a person that was craving beef it was a complete down. And the garlic bread wasn't toasted who has one toasted garlic bread seriously? I don't know about anything else at this place but I'm all set!

Steak and cheese calzone use to be good but now you get more steak in the sub than in the actual calzone. Steak also needs more flavor.

Steak & cheese sub needs serious TLC. Meat was extra tough, I choked on the first two bites. Not to mention the meat has no flavor, tasted like beef cooked in boiling water. Barely any cheese, bread soggy, fat lettuce stems. Thankfully I’m more blessed than your chef. Threw the meat back in the skillet & tossed with some key ingredients. Toasted the bread so it became crisp. End result is significantly better than the other disgrace. If you need the recipe give me a call. I am happy you are open late hours though. Just do better in the kitchen.

This place is a rip off, the lady took advantage of me being drunk at 130am and charged me $21 for a 10pc chicken tender plate plus extra for seasoned fries. But when I asked for the fries to be well done, she must've forgot. Then argued that I didn't ask for them to be well done.

This place is legit! Quality ingredients go a long way when it comes to pizza, and they definitely stand out compared to most other pizza places in this part of town. I'd compare Joseph's to the Pleasant Cafe or a better Papa Gino's.

Food is amazing but you have to pay extra even for oregano and parmesan cheese after ordering over 30.00 worth of food. Food is delicious though!!!!!!
