I was in the city walk and this got my attention. Thought I’d check out the menu and two items drew my attention. I ordered their bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich along with their pickle fries. The “BLT” was pretty good overall, the bacon pieces were descent and the bread quality was great. The pickle fries were good but I didn’t get any ranch dips with them so I couldn’t really enjoy them to the fullest but they tasted like regular zucchini fries. I’d definitely stop by here again for a simple sandwich or descent burger. I’d say this is more of a 3.5 out of 5.

Came here after a visit to Universal Studios. It was busy and there was a wait list which is to be expected as people were leaving the park. It was about a 15 minute wait. There were quite a few open tables when we were seated but maybe they had limited staff so didn't open everything. They sat us on the patio area which was great as it allowed us to people watch and there was a band playing just a few feet away. 3 of us got the Rocket Single - great burgers, just the right amount of filling and flavor. Something about the buns that just complements everything. My son got the Bacon Cheddar and he devoured it like it was his last meal. We shared a bowl of chili, onion rings, and a vanilla shake. All very good. I dipped the rings in the chili. If you haven't tried that yet you should - it is tasty. Johnny Rockets is one of our favorite diners and today it didn't disappoint. We usually go to the one at Ontario Mills but that's closed now. Server was friendly and came by to ask how we're doing throughout. Restrooms were clean.

For the food prices, the food could be better and with better prices. The burger I got was $15, and with no fries or drink. It was convenient, but there are better places around. I didn't hate it, but I wouldn't come here again.

I don’t like to waste my time on negative comments but to warn others here it is. Two thumbs way down for this place. Manager was lecturing my wife about how to run a business after we wanted to move tables to a little bigger table so we can charge our phones and he said no. The table sat empty during our stay there so great job Mr. Amazing manager scoring detractors for life. Why are you a manger in a service business is beyond me…Oh and bathrooms were filthy. Staff was nice but clearly afraid of the Mr. Amazing. Food was ok but nothing special. Skip for NBC next door.

The burger was dry and burnt, same as the bun. So sad and disappointed. Specially since they’re not cheap. Fries were good tho.

Very nice staff. Bless all the frontline restaurant employees who give consumers a chance to enjoy themselves and keep their sanity! Yip these employees more! Bread changed on the burger I think but overall great burgers.

Had a really nice time here. Amazing service we were sat right away and our food came out fast and our server constantly checked on us. We even got our picture taken so we could have a memory to take home with us we’ll definitely be coming back

Ordered a simple sausage and egg breakfast. Waited for over twenty minutes on an otherwise slow morning with only six tables of people and three servers. I went to manager and just asked for check for coffee I had - all of the sudden the food materializes. Delay surely due to servers kidding around with each other instead of taking care of customers. Too many other options out there to go through this. TRUST ME, GO ELSEWHERE!
