So glad to have found this rare gem still existing in a special state. š Every other state I lived in, or visited, their location had shut down permanently. This is the first place my mom took me to for my birthday and taught me how to crack crabs! š¦š Glad I got to eat here while it's still open šš¤. Haylee was great, seating was available and the bathroom's were very clean! I ordered a single lobster tail.
Nice nautical decorations & a wide open seating area. Wasn't loud but it wasn't busy either. liked their grilled & steamed food, the fried food was not great. Order wisely.
Was truly disappointed at our visit, I will start off by saying we will never go back. Our waitress was horrible, they were out of a ton of food so much that almost everyone had to chance what they wanted. If you want real seafood go to SEAFOOD TRAP, better prices and they want your service. Shame on the people that work here and how far down hill this place has gone.......
Our food was good and our server, Zachary M., was excellent. Only 4 out of 5 stars because of the time we had to spend in the restaurant. The restaurant is short-staffed, not the fault of those currently working, but while we were there you could tell that the staff was stretched to the limit!! Zachary apologized ahead of time for what might be a longer than normal visit because of the lack of workers. 12/30/21
Upon entry, it took a while to be seated. We had a delightful lady seat us (her job is not normally hostess.) Iām not sure what the manager was doing, but they only had one Waiter. The manager asked the same lady that was the hostess to get our drinks. I have been a manager at multiple places. This was either very poor management, or they are very understaffed. Again, this manager should have been helping out. MAYBE he was cooking, but it looked more like he was walking around acting busy. He was the one starting to make our drinks after waiting for over 10 minutes, but we left after seeing five tables not bussed and food being dropped by one of waiters due to probably being under too much pressure. Hopefully things turn around.
Very fruendly and nice service...food was great! Niced size portionsas well. The mozz bricks were an AMAZING APPETIZER...THE CHEESE TASTES SO FRESH....it wasnt chewy like most mozzt sticks.
Came here with my daughter for lunch today and our waiter Taylor was awesome! He was so friendly and very quick! Also recommend the queen crab legs which were delicious! The view on the outdoor patio is amazing. Thanks Taylor!
Very impressive!!!! Amber was my server and did an incredible job!!! Very attentive yet not too overbearing. Order an appetizer(joes classic) and it was delicious!!! Would suggest you give Joes a try!!!!!
