Made turkey sandwich that was very under weight. Not paying 8.00 for a lettuce sandwich... Staff was rude and told me "they don't set the prices". After I asked for refund I was told we don't offer refunds on food already made. Last time I give this local JJs owner a chance. I've made a complaint here a few years ago. This team needs help.

Ordered 2 subs. 1 correct. 1 wrong. Called to point it out. They delivered a new sub with a nice apology but it was ALSO incorrect. Order taker needs to listen better and repeat order back to customer. Manager also needs to communicate better since manager took the call about the error and only scribbled a little note (which was not correct but sub was made according to the scribble). Food fresh and good. But correct would be better.

Wasn't greeted as I entered the store young man at the counter took my order wanted wheat bread didn't have the choice but too get white bread paid 16.00 for a 16 inch bread hard at both ends I wasn't even asked what I wanted on the sandwich the one that prepared didn't ask what I wanted on the sandwich I guess they have the line how the sandwich is prepared the one on the register proceeded too put mayonnaise on the sandwich without even asking he cut that bread in half then for whatever reason he got a different kind of bread too make the sandwich won't return too that store anymore he needs a class in customer service as I was going out the next person that came in was greeted she was what and I'm not I wonder if this store independently owned if so you need too speak with the one that was on the register not customer service oriented is a quick way too loose a business the store in Zeeland Michigan visited February 11th the middle of the afternoon I was the only customer in the store so they were not busy

I ordered curbside pickup, placed the order and quickly received the pick up is ready notification. Arrived and checked in and then sat and sat waiting for someone to brim me my order…I finally went in and found my order sitting on a table. There were approximately 12 workers inside, most not doing anything, yet they couldn’t bring me my order.

2 times in 2 weeks, my food was delivered to the wrong suite. I asked for my money back this time, hopefully I get it. Won't be back, they used to be really good, apparently now some of their drivers really just don't care to look at suites when delivering. There are 5 suites in my building, not 100!!!! Edit, the manager personally came to see me and made it right. Next time I guess I will just have to specify that the driver NOT drop it at the wrong suite. I will change my review stars... He said he will void the order and give me my money back, as well as remake and resend the order. I missed his name but I appreciate the customer service on his end! Edit again. I guess I just give up on them. Last time I ordered I called to TELL them not to bring it to the wrong suite, even though the suite is clearly noted on the address online. My mistake I guess for NOT calling this time. Never again.

We were in a hurry and Jimmy John's is supposted to be fast. The staff was too busy talking and arguing with each other to acknowledge us. the kid making our sandwiches took almost 10 minutes to make our sandwiches (we were the only ones in the store). there was another one in the back doing arm curls with the mayo bottles and doing nothing else. I paid $26 dollars for 2 sandwich combo's and both of them were made wrong! We were too frustrated to go back. For that cost, wrong food and poor service, i doubt i will go back.

Placed order on DoorDash. Said ready time was 2:18. Ordered at like 1:50 ish. Usually when things are a little late for different reasons I don’t care. But it’s been an hour and they haven’t even made the food yet. Still says they’re preparing my order.

We at Zeeland Christian School placed an order for 50 sandwiches for a day that ended up being a snow day. The staff at Jimmy John's was very flexible and changed our order to a different day and were very accommodating. All 50 sandwiches were made to our specifications, and they were delicious. Thanks, Jimmy John's of Zeeland!
