Breakfast Menu "Jimmy John's" Munster

If I could give NO stars I would. This is the first time our officeI has ordered from here. i called and spoke to Chris the manager. I let her know that my wrap had a LOT of lettuce, no tomato (which it's supposed to come with) and very little chicken in it. I also let her know that my boss ordered the same thing and his was fine. She said to bring it back and they'll give me a new one. I told her I can't leave work which is why we had lunch delivered. Then she said she'll have a driver come and switch it. Well first of all, I can't give back what I've already eaten , and I wouldn't have known my wrap was not made properly until i started eating it, HELLOOOO!! Unless you want the 1/3 of the wrap and lettuce that is left. We ordered 80 dollars worth of food and you can't credit or send a replacement??? That is bad business because I assure you, our office will never order from Jimmy Johns again!

I called to order lunch today because I didn't see an option online to do so. I was told they turned off their online ordering due to being shirt staffed.. I decided to go elsewhere.. in less than 30 minutes, a Co worker of mine ordered and had her food delivered, as she does practically every day. I chose delivery because I have a 30 min break period, and by the time I got there. I'd have to basically scarf my food down. Very disappointed.

This Jimmy John's location was so well organized the staff was delightful that had really good positive energy I actually like going to establishments like this when the staff really takes pride and doing their job which makes the whole experience when you are a customer So Divine and rememberable my sister and I we're looking for the nearest Jimmy John's location in Munster Indiana and we happen to come across this location I don't know about any other Jimmy John location but I really will recommend if you are in Indiana right now and you're looking for a great spot to have a quick freaky fast sandwich check them out and make sure you give them five stars on the Food Service atmosphere hands down I will be back

I needed a LOT of sandwiches and I needed them FAST! This team was extremely FAST. The sandwiches were DELICIOUS! My family and friends were pleased and this will be MY JIMMY JOHN’S PERMANENTLY!!!!!!!

Staff is pretty slow and even though you ask for something off the sandwich, they don't pay attention and put it on. Not very friendly.

Have posted on board wrap at a price of $8.49, rings up $9.29. This has happened on multiple occasions. How much time does it take to change the price on the board?

So disappointed in this store, it's service and the lack of care for their jobs. 1) my cookie was old and hard 2) none of the edits on my sandwich were made... did not have mayo and was not cut in half 3) guy that delivered was short and unpleasant
