There are so many Jimmy John's when you go to one that is poorly ran you can just go up the road a bit and find a better one. That is the case with this one. attention to detail, the food prep area was very messy and did not look clean. everything behind the counter was in disarray, and the girl who took our order ran the pos and then started right on a sandwhich, which had the same gloves.
Good standard Jimmy John's. Also NEVER expect them to write what the sandwich is on the wrapper or it to be cut in half... because it ain't ever going to happen here! It's an extremely small establishment, so just order and eat elsewhere. The music is too loud to where you have to shout!
We've enjoyed this JJ's since moving to Morton. Once, we had an issue with our delivery and the manager immediately stepped in and rectified it. That customer service, just like their food, is 5 stars!
So sad to see the review number so low. My #1 favorite Jimmy John’s. These guys do great work. FAST!! Always busy which tells me they are great. Friend staff, clean and great management. Keep up the good work guys

I have celiac disease and worry about cross-contamination when eating out. I order the Unwich and have never gotten sick (Note the BBQ chips are not GF but the other flavors are GF). Super friendly employees!
I love Jimmy Johns but not this one. My meat was more fat than meat and my bread was so rock hard I couldn’t even put a fingernail mark in it. I literally could bang it on the wall. I threw the sandwhich away.
I ordered at 6:34pm and got my order at 7:30pm so it was slow but my sandwiches were not cut in half and they brought no napkins with them which was both specified on the ticket other than that the sandwiches were good. Cookies were a bit hard. The driver did apologize for the long wait.
