I guess if you like veggies and pay $6.99, this is all the lettuce that they can spare to give you at a quarter to 11am on a Wednesday. I would rather be told that they didn't have enough lettuce for The Veggie. Very disappointing!
Bread was stale, pop machine was empty, asked for them to cut sandwich and they did not. When we asked for them to cut it again they accused us of not asking in the first place.
Everything was good, and the young lady washed her hand and applied disposable gloves before making my delicious sandwich.
I ordered a single turkey sandwich and it took over an hour to arrive. I ordered it twenty minutes before my 30 minute break. It’s right down the street!
Delivery arrived incomplete and it took an additional hour to get the balance of the order. The unwich was made with rotten lettuce and was a sloppy inedible mess. Tried submitting a complaint through the website but received no response.
Double Roast Beef Sandwich was made quick, on point, & delicious. Staff is great & welcoming.
Because I live 4 minutes away, you won't honor my delivery? Well.. You're a joke on bread!!
This is my 1st experience with Jimmy John's in a long time and today I know why and it will definitely be my last. I ordered the #11 & #9 on wheat bread (bread which used to be the long club bread). To my surprise, the bread was sandwich bread. The man who answered when I called to complain said they used to have the wheat club bread but now only wheat sandwich bread. He claimed it said that on the online menu, when someone finds it please share with me because the site I used does not have it listed. Jimmy John's will never receive another $$ from me and anybody I am around, I will tell them don't give JJs your hard earned money. Looking at the 1st few reviews speaks volumes about their bad service. I could've made a better sandwich at home at least it would've had more meat than veggies. Very Very dissatisfied.
