We had ordered $68 worth of food and plus we tipped on top of that.. We waited over an hour which is fine, but then they had forgotten the simplest things, our spicy ranch, they gave us 2 of the wrong chips, none of the mayo packets we asked for, didn’t put the bacon on a BLT SUB! Also forgot to put the avocado on the beach club, it’s ridiculous especially when we paid for some of these extras, and just look at the tuna sub it’s absolutely disgusting, the bread is completely soggy. When we called back about such things they had forgotten, Noah Laperdy screamed on the phone in attitude “OH MY GOD”, what great customer service am i right? Only positive was the delivery driver, he was fantastic and understood our issues perfectly.. In the end I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this location.

This is our favorite Jimmy John's! Order on the app! Update.. 4/15/23. Ordered, and it was never delivered. I got a refund and 3 free cookies when I stopped in tonight. People. . Wish I could give this location zero stars. I love Jimmy Johns and so do my daughters, so on a trip out of town- they chose their usual fave sandwich shop. JJs. To our surprise, the experience was like none we have experienced back home in Missouri. After placing an online order directly through Jimmy johns website since it’s “freaky fast,” we waited for an hour before I grew concerned. I called the store who said they tried to contact us and tell us no one was there to deliver to. This was not true. They said they would bring it again. We continued to wait for the order and again no one showed. I attempted to call the store to cancel the order and was told they couldn’t do that and was hung up on. After several attempts to call and being hung up or the employee pretending like she was unable to hear me, we drove to the store prior to closing. There was ten minutes left before close and the doors were already locked. We reached out to the store the following day and still got the run around. Ten days later, I still have not received my money back. Hard earned forty dollars stolen from me. Upon reading reviews for this location, seems like they should be shut down for theft because they’ve done it to several other customers too.

I will never order from this Jimmy John's again. I just spent 2 hours waiting for my delivery. I was called when I placed the order (6:50pm) and was told it would be an hour, and I was fine with that. At roughly 8:10pm. I called for an update, and they were shocked it hadn't been delivered yet. I called again at around 8:25pm to let them know it STILL hadn't been delivered. The final call was at 8:45pm when a woman answered saying she was just at my house around 8:20 but no one answered the door. She said she knocked on the door AND my window. She also said she called my phone. She didn't want to leave my food on the porch, so she left. 1) We have a Blink device. No one was on the porch. 2) We have a tiny house. My living room couch sits LITERALLY next to the front window and door. 3) There aren't any footprints on my porch except mine from 1.5 hours ago, which are now mostly covered with snow. 4) I have ZERO missed calls. I don't appreciate waiting two hours to be blatantly lied to by someone. NO ONE came to my house. NO ONE knocked on the door or window. NO ONE called my phone. I have my front window curtains open with a clear view of the street purposely to see when the food would be here. This woman claimed to be the manager - managers don't make deliveries and leave everyone else at the store. They did void my order, that I now have to wait 3-5 business days for...but I don't have my food. Now I have to figure something out when I'm home with the flu. I ordered food because I can't stand long enough to make something. Needless to say, I'm BEYOND ticked.

Drove all the way there for an early dinner. Arrived at 6:25 and they were closed. There was a guy who walked up to the door tell us through the glass that they weren't open. Google shows this location closes at 9pm.

Two hours later and I still did not receive my online order. Called twice and they kept telling me it’s on its way. Waiting two hours for a sandwich is ridiculous. To add onto this, they told me my order was delivered and the driver called me and took a picture of the order in front of my house. None of those things are true and they refused to refund me my money. I cannot believe how unprofessional this store is. AVOID

Do not order catering from here!!! I ordered a very large catering order from this location for my daughter’s first birthday party in May. When my mom went to pick up the order, she was told that someone else had already picked it up. Basically, they gave the order to someone else without confirming that they were giving it to the right person. I was able to get my money back since I paid with a credit card. They also said they were going to remake the order but it was already 30 mins from party time and they were taking other orders instead of doing ours. She also lied and said she checked the person’s ID to make sure it was the right person (how does that make sense?). I got a call from some guy named Josh who left a voicemail asking me to call back so we can see if they can get me to keep my order (what?!) then I called him back, explained the situation and he said he had to talk to someone higher up and get back to me to “make this right”. It has now been over 2 months and I haven’t heard anything back. Thankfully Little Ceasar’s was able to make a bunch of pizzas for us quick since this happened literally right before her party.

Terrible wait times for delivery. Staff is incompetent. Very bad one of the worst locations ever!! Shame on the owner and operator
