Good choice! This visit was our first time eating here. BBQ chicken, fries, baked beans, peach tea and cola were what we ordered. The cheese muffins are brought out first, and they are unusually good. The atmosphere was cold 🥶 [Fall] but other than that, we enjoyed the meal. [Pooler, GA]

Stopped off i95 to grab some lunch on the way south to Florida. Found this place with a quick Google search. Pretty quick and easy to get to from the interstate. The cornbread was great! The rest of lunch was really good as well. The staff were very friendly. Good overall visit and lunch.

I personally did not like this food. I ordered a two meat plate with white meat chicken, ribs, and fries. The chicken came in a small ground up pile of very dry chicken. For some reason I thought I'd get a bone in chicken breast. It wasn't good to me. I moved on to the ribs. With the ribs I couldn't taste anything but smoke. They were also very tough. I didn't like them at all. The fries were just basic nothing special fries. Others at my table liked their food enough to finish most of it. The service was friendly and the food came out quickly. I personally just didn't like it. We paid our $100 bill and I left hungry.

Had a great experience at this place. My wife and I both had the brisket and she had corn and potato salad as sides and my sides were beans and coleslaw. Fantastic meal. The best part was our server Becca. She was friendly and took the best care of us. We couldn’t ask for a better meal or better server. Becca is a real asset to this place. We are from Michigan and I wish we lived here so we could enjoy this food anytime.

Ordered the Rib Dinner Feast for curbside service. Curbside worked perfectly, food came out in a fast minute. Three pounds ribs, pint of beans, pint of Mac n cheese, twelve bread, and pickles. Oh but where’s my pickles? I ordered pickles, I paid for pickles, but when I got home there was no pickles in the bag. So disappointed that I had to leave four stars instead of five. The food as usual was delicious.

Another good experience. Waitress was friendly and made sure we were happy. My husband wanted the barbq potato, but they were out of potatoes he then wasked about the baby back ribs and were out of them also. So he went with the spare ribs he had enough to bring leftovers home. I had the classic pulled pork, which was flavorful and delicious.

We needed a BBQ fix and were disappointed with the last place. This place started off good with the manager greeting us as we passed thru the restaurant. He also checked on us near the end of the meal. First bite was a little dry, but that was the only bite that was. The ribs were moist and tender and I enjoyed all of my food also. We were off prime hours, but the food was hot and fresh. My daughter would give it 2 thumbs up on the Mac and cheese...and I agree. That was very flavorful Mac and cheese with a hint of smoke. Not sure exactly what we're in the muffins as far as flour vs cornbread mixed flour, but the cheese muffins were a solid hit. Since it is only a 30 minute drive, we will be back...the beer out of the tap was cold and crisp too!!

Excellent excellent from start to finish - do not judge this book by its cover - we were sat in a reasonable amount of time - our server Michael was on top of everything - our drinks were always tended to and service was top notch - the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The manager Ken even stopped by each table - what a pleasant gent. We are newer to the area and had not really considered this restaurant from the outer decor and previous reviews - i loved this restaurant and cant wait to go back. Oh yes those cheddar biscuits are the bomb.
