A little slow being greeted at the front door. Restaurant wasn't busy being 2pm on a Tuesday. Bar bq sandwich and fries were really good, along with the sweet tea. Once seated, customer service was good.

This place was really really good! Potato Salad just the way I make at home (maybe a little better). Collards perfect, not over cooked and seasoned beautifully. Corn seasoning was good. Generous portions. Took some pork home for sandwiches tomorrow. Everyone really needs to try this place. Be patient with the wait staff. They are short handed but the ones there are working hard.

Was on vacation from Canada and stopped by with some friends. Best damn bbq i’ve had in my life. Brisket just melted in the mouth and the cheddar biscuits were stellar. Literally nothing on this plate I ordered was bad. I wish I lived In Jasper i’d come here every week. 1000000/10

I got an order to go. The food was excellent. I got the pulled pork dinner with Cole slaw and fries. It was all very delicious. I'm not a bread eater but the little biscuits that came with the dinner were delicious!

We had a fantastic lunch here while driving through. It was very busy but the service was spot on and served by a friendly staff. Having grown up with more TX and KC bbq I have had some "adjusting" to do as a new resident of AL. So far this was the best we have had that gave us that "aaah bbq" experience. Looking forward to trying out your other locations as we explore our new state!

Awesome place if you’re in town you need to stop bye very good barbecue, and want to give kudos to my server Kayleigh she was spot on. Keep up the good work.

We started to leave before even being seated because it took about 5 minutes to be seated after the hostess spoke to us. Not sure what the problem was but she seemed to be confused on where to seat people. Once we were taken to our booth, I sat down without realizing there was a literal puddle of water that had dripped down from the AC unit above, leaving the back seat of my pants wet for out shopping after we left. We did not receive biscuits until after we had already got our entrees. I asked for napkins and never received any other than the one that our silverware was rolled up in, so I had to make due with a half rack of ribs and one napkin. They were not crowded at all. At one point it seemed to me there were about as many employees as there were tables seated, so we were confused as to why the service was so terrible. Also my friends coleslaw was not brought out with the rest of her meal we had to ask to have it brought out

Got there just as they opened. Server was excellent. Kept coming by table, apologized for wait and did we need anything while we waited. Was not that long of a wait. Enjoyed our meal and excellent service. Definitely go there again.
