Breakfast Menu "Jerusha Kitchen & Seraiah Smoked Meats" Kenner

Amazing!!! Come here straight from the airport and eat the best meal you'll have while in New Orleans (technically, it's in Kenner). We ordered brisket, salmon, stuffed bell peppers, chicken, gumbo, and tons of sides - green beans, cornbread stuffing, potato salad, jambalaya. Let no one accuse us of poor sample size in our "research." Everything was so delicious that we ordered more food to take to the airport and had to repack our luggage to accommodate our newfound treasure. If you're in town for the 50th Annual Jazz Fest, make sure your tastebuds hear the music too and stop by! Jerusha and Seraiah will take such great care of you and your appetite. And bonus, you can be the one to tell all your friends you discovered it. You're welcome. Better than Jacques Imo's and Luke.*** Tip: they can also vacuum seal food to travel (we are rolling with extra brisket, chicken, gumbo, stuffed bell peppers, and all the potato salad security would allow back to SFO) and they can also ship meats to you once you're home!

The food is very tasty, the price is really fair and you receive a good portion. The place is clean and yes there are restrooms. You can dine in or carry out. The owners are wonderful, very hospitable. I recommend trying this ma and pop restaurant. (I will state that the food is a little spicy so if you have any type of reflux or stomach issues, take your medicine before hand) other than that, I believe you will enjoy your dining. :)

The food is awesome. Best brisket, salmon, ribs, gumbo, stuffed bell peppers and cornbread dressing. Everything is good those are just my favorites. Customer service is excellent they make you feel right at home. Five stars +++.

One several occasions they cooked Beef Brisket and donated their services to our Congregation; all I can say is that 10 pound Beef Brisket was devoured in minutes (literally)! The Beef ribs and brisket are easily some of The Best I have ever tasted! I have had Memphis BBQ, Dallas BBQ, but man this is outstanding! Check them out and see if it's True for yourselves!

Just left this place, The staff was amazing and also met a beautiful sister and two wonderful brothers while waiting for my food. The Turkey legs are melt in you mouth and the dressing and jambalaya was delicious. Can't wait to try the rest of the Menue.

The mouth watering meals that come out of this kitchen are phenomenal. They got the meats, side dishes, and treats that can't be beat. If you are passing through come by and pull up a seat. Food is so good that it will have you dancing in your seat. Atmosphere is pleasant and they provide service with a smile. Jerusha's Kitchen will have you coming back for more.

Was looking for lunch and decided to stop in and try the daily special. It was a smoked Turkey leg stuffed with jambalaya and it was excellent. To be honest it was a bit much food for lunch break and now I am sleepy lol. If you are looking for some good smoked food you should try this place. And no pork. It's hard to find an establishment that doesn't serve pork, so that is a plus for me.
