They were so busy but they were working so hard! Even gave me a free cookie for the wait. Keep up the good work! Sandwiches were delicious:)

I picked up my two subs today and they were pitiful. I didn't want to write this bad review, but I tried calling the store, and no one answered. My rolls were flaky and my subs had hardly no meat on them. What a terrible disappointment. I know the Manager was not there. I get your subs a lot and I hate to complain but this is not acceptable. I went on the website you suggested. My name is Jean Hinson, date of visit, 3/8/2023 at 12:40 pm at Burke, Va location

Unsanitary. They use the same gloves to cash out customers and then walk over and touch your food. When you point it out, they say the monitor is "Sanitized". If you bring it to their attention, they ask you to leave rather than change gloves and make a new sandwich. Do Better.

We have been going to the Burke Jersey Mike's for a couple years as a family. I'm not sure what has happened over the past two months but the service and food has been the best we've seen in over two years. There is a warm and friendly atmosphere and the store is spotless. The employees are extremely helpful and smiling. Kudos to management at the store. Well done. We will recommend to all we know.

Usually the food is there waiting on you. Well today, they lost their 5 stars with me. 3 employees but only 1 was working. Finally the 2 decided to join in. However, I still waited over 10 minutes for my mobile order that was placed 25 minutes ago. I will never eat from them again. Horrible customer service!

The subs were the standard average sub you would expect. Nothing terrible but nothing special either. My wife, who is a vegetarian, got the veggie sub but as someone else mentioned in another review they won't toast a cold sub. But I still give them 3 stars because the employees were friendly and quick and the store was clean.

Least good Jersey Mike's of any Jersey Mike's I've been to. I ordered a Giant Big Kahuna. The meat was dry and bland, 'double cheese' looked like half a regular amount of cheese, and it was almost without sauce. Total ripoff for a $20+ sandwich. 2 stars because the overall portion was good and the sandwich was well constructed (toppings even, etc.).

Poor customer service at this location. This is my second one-star review of this location (deleted previous from a year ago in order to review again). Food is GREAT...no issues there. However, employees are another story. Visited this location at 6pm on 4 Dec. Called ahead to order. No one answered the phone, which is a common trend for this store and the new store on OKM. Because I was working on a timeline, I wanted to order before I arrived, so I continued to call until someone picked up (about five minutes of continuous call backs). When the phone was finally answered, the employee seemed irritated to be answering it. When I told them I wanted to place an order, their immediate response (in a snarky tone) was "you know we have an app, right?" To which I replied I did, but that I was driving. The employee took my order as though I was a nuisance to them. When I arrived at the store a few minutes later, I was treated with the same level of irritation from this particular employee (and they didn't know I was the caller). Specifically, upon my arrival to the slicing station, again in an irritated tone this employee muttered "hot or cold sub?" (Yes, I know all JMs ask this, but MOST start with a "hi" or "welcome" and have a welcoming tone and customer service). For whatever reason, I lost my composure and informed the employees of their poor performance in customer service and that they historically have been the worst JM in the area until the OKM store arrived. Burke/Springfield residents...if you like JM, I HIGHLY recommend you visit the store on BACKLICK road. They are fast, friendly, and efficient. I think I am now done with Burke and OKM, and will go out of my way for the Backlick Rd store from here on out. JM Corporate...this is not an isolated incident for this store. I have lived in the area for years and visited numerous JMs up and down the east coast prior to settling in NoVA. I have avoided this store for almost a year due to it's poor performance. I tried again tonight, and found nothing had changed. I recommend you provide a refresher on customer service to this store. EDIT: So don’t believe that JM cares when they tell you that. I asked for a phone number to provide details. I called it an left a message and never heard back. No wonder things are in such disarray around here.
