Grand slam (not in a generic Denny's way). This was such a great morning restaurant experience with good coffee and fresh unsweetened ice tea. My long island friend loves diner experiences (as do I from my childhood), this exceeded our expectations. They created an eggs Florentine bennie for my friend (perfect) and a nice simple turkey sandwich on grain bread for me. Good coleslaw (I'm Polish too). Service was amazing. I can't wait to get back there, before the 2pm cutoff! Thank you!
This is the greatest hometown eatery around! We had a delightful time here, the wait staff was friendly and the restaurant was just chock full of charm. The drinks are self-serve which I love because I hate waiting when I'm thirsty. There's also a small market set up with European goods for sale.
Nice place to eat. Outside or inside dining right next to the train station right next to route 22 eastbound food was excellent if you go on a Sunday expect to wait a little bit it's that good
Delish!! 1st time but not my last
Best breakfast place in the area! Delicious food and coffee. Quick service and friendly waitress.
1/27/18 - Jerry's Brooklyn Grill is a nice local eatery in Whitehouse Station. Our food (Juicy Roast Pork sub and Italian Sausage sub) was good and came out hot. The number of menu selections was almost too large. There was a big Sunday lunch crowd with a lot of regular customers. At one point there were not enough tables. The staff was very friendly. There is parking available in the back or in a lot across the street. We will be back.
The guy behind the counter was very nice, which is the only reason why I’m giving this place 2 stars. Spent $20 on a turkey and cheese sandwich with a bag of chips and a drink FOR LUNCH. The lady who was taking orders looked and acted like she didn’t want to be there. Gave me a nasty look when I asked for a side of oil and vinegar because there wasn’t any on the sandwich. Won’t be going back.
Great local eatery, good food, friendly service, same owner and staff for longer than I remember (20 plus years). Hope they stay forever, gives stability and community to our small town ♥️
