$20 FAIL!!!! I ordered a large watermelon and small piña colada. The watermelon was full of strawberry seeds and had No Taste but had an acidic aftertaste. Thick liquid without any taste but lumpy seeds. Gag awful! $10. The small was call out as piña colada but was the same as my watermelon. No coconut, pineapple, or anything with taste. Just lumps of nothing. The place had a empty vacuum feel. No warmth, nothing professional, no character. Really bad mojo. Skip the line by simply not going! Absolutely the worst!
Both smoothies and bowls are phenomenal (Great value) and everybody's super nice!
In general, I like the product and the staff used to be good, but today I totally disappointed. I called ahead of time to safe sometime and tried to order but kerry hung up on me the phone twice and when I got there in person, I said what happened? She said I don’t understand what you said, no apology , no hi nothing. I told her to be more like an employee not a rude woman who’s someone came to her home. First I thought they were busy as usual but there were no one in lane, they were just rude and sad that my favorite smoothie place gone this bad😏😏😏
I’ve been coming to this Jamba location since I was in high school. The staff has always been friendly, quick to make any order, and it’s always busy but I never feel like I’m waiting for too long. One thing I don’t totally understand is more for the corporate side of things.. the signage is totally lacking, or missing? The structures have all been the same since those high school days.. it almost feels like the environment doesn’t match the awesome service and quality of drinks! Would love to see this location get some sprucing up! Regardless, delicious smoothies and would recommend!!
