Always get plant based apples and greens when I'm on the go and don't have to time to make breakfast. Staff are friendly and polite. Recommend 10 out of 5!
Staff rushed me when I went couple min before they closed. It was very rude. They told me over the phone it was okay if I came in a couple min before, so why rush me and be rude when I came? Not cool
The location is always clean rarely busy and always delicious to the last drop. It’s a small location but has outdoor seating.
4 stars only because they could be faster with the orders. Usually the person that takes my order at this location is also the person making my drink. So if someone is there before me, my wait time is way to long. I've left before because my daughter would of been late to class. Had to run into smart and final to get something to drink. Hope they can get workers that can handle the rush hours without compromising the quality of the drinks.
Most Jamba juices are the same. So theres not a lot to set them apart. This spot has a friendly enough staff. But our experience there was that it was understaffed. Only one person working blending and register. Felt bad for her. And this spot didn't take gift cards when we came.
Friendly and helpful service here! Picked up a blueberry smoothie with yogurt for a friend with cancer in City of Hope Hospital nearby. The worker was helpful to find something that fit my friend’s needs. Really appreciate it in a stressful time. Support this spot when you need a fruit smoothie!
Horrible service. Will not be returning. The filled my drinks half way and still charged me full price. Gave me left overs and to top it off the didnt put the lid on right and drinks fell on me.
I walked in to order and the clerk was busy with something. Possibly making another order. There was one person waiting. I waited for a while and then someone who appeared to be the manager walked in and had to get by me as i was evidently blocking her path. They both disappeared back there and eventually someone took my order. I waited about 5 more minutes and eventuality got my drink. It just seemed like a lot of time to wait when there was only one order ahead of me that i could see. Their blenders weren't running. It took about 15 minutes total and i was 5 minutes late from lunch as a result. The drink itself was good as i have come to expect from this chain. They make good smoothies. Hopefully this was a fluke or the mansger gets better at managing. Either one would mean a likely improvement in service.
