It was the dinner rush and it went quick. I walked in to a very clean and cool dining area. Had a brief conversation with an employee on break and was leaving as a fan of 5 walked in with a 5-6 y/o boy smiling ear to ear. This is what remains of another JntB win!
This new Jack in the Box at 31525 Yucaipa Blvd is the best of its kind in this area. Staff are friendly and courteous. Most of the food is grilled. The Sourdough Jacks, Egg Rolls, and curly fries, iced coffee are my favorites. The Croissants are my morning choices. Roman the GM is a very accommodating and likeable fellow. Keep your receipts and fill them out to get a free item next time you dine here.
I went through the drive-thru at the jack in the box on the Yucaipa Blvd and asked for a chicken sandwich with nothing on it except mayonnaise while my boyfriend was eating hot Cheetos and the girl at the window was asking about them and asked to try one and seemed more worried about that. When I got my sandwich it was just meat and bread so I had to put my own mayonnaise on it and after doing all of that I took a bite of the sandwhich and it did not taste good at all.
Just stopped by the drive thru. After midnight, all the bar folks are out, so, I honestly expected mediocre service. Not the case at all! My order was spot on, I asked for ranch and hot sauce, guy at the window said "it's already in there". Hadn't even asked, and he already gave me the sauces I wanted. My sandwich was great, curly fries were fresh! Pleasantly surprised. Thank You! You guys exceeded my expectations!!!!!!
Edit to add: Jack in the Box refused to refund me. Funnily enough, they asked me to do them a favor by completing a survey even though they wouldn't refund a food safety issue and wrong items! Jack in the Box makes 1.6 BILLION dollars per year, so the fact they won't refund customers when THEY mess up should tell you all you need to know about this place. I ordered over $35 worth of food on November 14th and all my items came stone cold and not cooked! They also messed up several items on the order. I tried calling once it was delivered to me through Uber Eats, but the refuse to answer the phone despite me calling over 5 times. (Adding a pic of my calls for proof) I have since filled out a complaint form and am waiting to hear from a Jack In The Box representative. This isn't right. I don't have high expectations but this is literally inedible and it's not alright that they know that food was messed up and stone cold but delivered it to me anyway. I took pictures of everything for proof. Please made this situation right and I will update this comment. It's disgusting they take advantage of people who order through Uber Eats because they know there's nothing they can do once it's received. Feels like a huge scam and like fraud.
Jack in the Box is the same as it always is. The actual food portion is much smaller than the picture and the taste is not quite as good as the picture looks. But it serves a purpose, it's fast, it's good enough to get through the munchies or beyond a hangover, and it's bad for you which nobody really gives a damn about when they're suffering through a hunger crisis. So it's something that I only do as a last resort and hopefully, that's all anybody uses Jack in the Box for. Imagine the money they make if everybody only uses Jack in the Box as a last resort. They make billions on that, I imagine we're probably all in the wrong business.
Always get your order correct and they are quick. They are very efficient working together at this spot! Always have a goid attitude
Had a great meal here after being shooed out of the other location in town, the girls even made my daughters breakfast sandwich special for her in a kids meal bag and everything! Keep up the good work fam!
