I've gotten drive through, dine in, and delivery. I have always been happy, except for one time when I got delivery and they were all out of ranch and they gave me "good good sauce" instead. The "good good sauce" is not that good, and certainly not better than ranch or barbecue. My favorites are the jalapeño poppers (with a cheddar-like filling, not a cream cheese-like filling) the spicy chicken sandwich and the spicy chicken poppers. Staff was really friendly and helpful when I was there on a busy Friday recently. Gave me everything I asked for.
Horrible service and attitude. I walked up to the counter. Ignored. Staff was focused on some dramatic storytelling by the cook. I had to loudly say good morning to get someone's attention. The clerk come to begrudgingly take my order. There was no one in the lobby. Maybe one car in the drive-through. Fortunately, I don't live in the area. If I did, I'd ignore this place forever.
I just ordered a Sourdough Jack. It was dry, so I added a couple of ketchup packets. Then it was good!
Go to the other location off of Tharp Rd. This location I went in to use the bathroom and of course they're locked! I asked the front counter and she was extremely rude about having to unlock for a customer! I got tired of waiting and went to the one I usually go to off of Tharp Rd. I won't make that mistake again!
Food was just ok. I was craving a Sourdough Jack. It was just ok. Kind of lukewarm and tasteless. The Curly fries seemed old as well. Fruit punch tastes like strawberry. It was an blah experience unfortunately. Maybe an off day. I'll try again j. A few weeks, and update my review. Update I gave them one more try. I ordered tacos this time and jalapeno poppers my tacos were just thrown in the bag They were all upside down all the lettuce fell out was all over my box of poppers it was a mess. Unfortunately I will not be going back.
Not a complaint about anyone or anything about my service or food. building seems to be leaking from this rotting out section at the drive through... it is currently NOT raining, but water is dripping down from the roof. ac is leaking and rotting out the wood?
All of my food was cold. I literally live 7 minutes from the restaurant and my sandwich I requested with no onions was cold and had all the condiments including the onions. It’s disappointing that we can’t go anywhere in this area and expect the food you paid for to be correct.
The drive thru was overwhelmed with one order just after 12:30am with two cars horrible service and very much un professional results.
