First of all the food was amazing piping hot fries and my chicken sandwhich was the best ever it was not overly crispy but it was very very good and the fries were amazing my mom went there 2 times and the both times the fries have been fresh and good also the worker she was sweet and kind we asked for sweet and sour sauce for my mom's eggrolls and she also got ranch also i hope she stays there the next time we go because she was very kind to my family. Also not overly packed in the drive thru to be honest the food was not bad it was great sure it's a bit pricy but it's worth it sometimes the food is not good but all fast food's like that. Thanks for the great food and friendly service as well.
Most of the time I have a really good experience with this Jack in the box. Which is why I’m rating it 3/5, today I went and got the snoop dog meal specifically for the air freshener and they didn’t include that. They were also out of brownies so they asked if I wanted to sub with a different desert. I asked for churros and there was none in the meal. I wouldn’t have gotten the meal if I realized it wouldn’t come with those things. I also got the fan favorite meal and they forgot all of sauces that it’s supposed to come with. I also wouldn’t have ordered that if I knew it wouldn’t have sauces. Very dissatisfied
I don't usually review fast food but I just had the best service from a chain restaurant than I can honestly remember. I think her name was Shantel. She was very friendly, quick, and ALMOST caught me with the up-sell on adding a cheesecake. I swear, the food even tasted better but maybe it's just because she put me in such a good mood. That human deserves a sizeable raise -- if not her own store. I'm impressed.
Hey, it's fast food. Thought my chicken pita was small for the price, but tasted good. The 10 peice chicken nuggets was actually 9.. Pretty basic nuggets. I did like the 'good good' sauce for dipping, the honey mustard was really unsavorly different for my taste. Would be helpful when we order for you to tell us right away if you have a 6 or 7 minute delay for food to fry or cook. Telling someone at the window when they're paying can be difficult if we have time frames to meet. Not a .fantastic experiance, not bad, either.
Never left a review before but this has to be the worst ran fast food place ever!! Every time I come here it's at least a 20 minute wait this time I was told to pull around to the front waited a half hour then walk in and I'm pretty sure nobody was planning on coming out to hand me my food
Very disappointing. We stop here very time we travel to Centralia. Forst time I was told they were out of most items, waited in drive thru for 30 mins for only a FEW of the items available. Very rude drive thru worker. This time I was told lobby was closed while trying to walkin. She was extremely rude while screaming at me and my family about only having 2 staff members working that day. This establishment seems poorly ran and they all need a class on hospitality! If I could leave a -5 star review I would. Choose burger King.
Haven’t been here in forever , despite the reviews I was really craving it. Decided after a concert to for here and of course they closed due to “short staff” highly disappointed to know this is happening . And that the staff is unable to run with two people anymore. Which reading other views short staff has been an issue / excuse for a couple months.
Shout out to the drive-thru this afternoon customer service was excellent she went above and beyond and she just made my day to have someone acknowledge that my time is worth something is beyond words
