Yesterday, 6-24-23, was the first time in about 8 years since being able to visit a Jack in The Box. After a long day of flying, stopped here to eat, and boy, am I glad I did. Went through the drive-through, Service was quick, and the lady at the window was so professional and extremely friendly. Got us our order in no time, I couldn't pull over quick enough to dig into it. I got the Jumbo Jack w cheese and Onion Rings instead of FF, and Med Coke. OMG, that first bite was Soooo delicious. Mmmmmmmm, and then the Onion Rings. I was just telling a co-worker back in GA how Jack has the best onion rings, even better than most restaurants, and boy, I wasn't disappointed. Just everything was how I remembered it, delicious. The only negative, make sure you put napkins in the bag. Still 5 Stars. I will be stopping on my way back out. And if the owners read this, Tell Jack he needs to come out to the Marietta, Kennesaw GA area. He would have them lined up around the block. 😊 🙏

I have had the misfortune of encountering a highly unprofessional and disrespectful employee during my recent visit to Jack in the Box on May 5 around 3am. This young man looked like he was in his 20s , jet black hair and possible Indian or Mexican. This individual displayed a complete lack of regard for customer service, and dared to accuse me of being rude when it was clearly he who was in the wrong. He clearly can’t take criticism, it’s not my fault he messed up my order , refused to give me a receipt or forgot to give me napkins. All I wanted was a spicy chicken munchie meal how can someone simply mess that order up .It is highly disappointing to see such behavior in a professional setting, and I will not tolerate it. This employee clearly has no passion for his job and needs to improve his customer service skills if he wishes to pursue better employment opportunities in the future. I speak from experience, having worked my way up from a similar position to a supervisor role at Jack in the Box, despite facing countless challenges such as cleaning broken fryers and counting inventory solo on New Year's Eve. If this individual cannot handle the demands of their job, they are simply not cut out for the real world. I will be sure to report this incident to corporate and ensure that appropriate action is taken. This young man will soon be woke and to see how cruel the real world is if he can’t handle a simple customer like me , he was completely unapologetic and the last thing he said was “whatever peace” after slamming the window door in my face. I find it hilarious how this young man cannot handle his anger on such a basic customer like me , after working at jack in the box for three years I have worked my body to the bone trying to give superior service to our guest ,making the restaurant spotless and always never letting my emotions get in the way of my job. I would be so exhausted coming home drench in oil ,walking home without a car and be under appreciated by my ex boss about minor things especially when I worked so hard to clean the store . Trust me I’ve been through everything and never in my 7 years of working in customer service would I ever treat a customer like that. I will do everything in my power to make sure this reaches out to the higher up and owner about this experience.

Food taste great here. Ordered tacos and egg rolls from the drive thru. Egg rolls were on the darker side but it’s normal for deep fried things.

The food was delicious. The place was clean. The workers were very friendly and helpful. It can get very busy but the food comes out quickn

Can be busy in mornings. In the morning you can safely estimate 5 minutes per car in line. If you're in a hurry, either be the only one in line or skip it. Homeless people usually in the lot.

Breakfast was quick and efficient. We were in-and-out in a very short time in spite of eating in the restaurant. Surprisingly they had silk flowers at most tables, and not surprisingly the place was clean and well ordered. By any standards handicapped seating was available for all, handicap parking available outside, in handicap access to bathroom facilities was also available. Everyone seemed pleasant, and helpful. The food seem to be well cooked on all of our orders, not just 1 or 2 but all 3. I've been to some places where the cooking was haphazard, or hit-and-miss. Here, everything seemed to be as it should be. I would return to this establishment to eat again.

Good wait time, good service, nat bad food (chicken sandwich was abysmal but ultimate burger and fries were good), standard fast food atmosphere not bad, decent price. I would go here again over MacDonalds but not over chik fil a so maybe on a Sunday.

Fast friendly good value meals to start your day!!!
