Ordered here on a Sunday morning at around 8am. I went through the drive thru and asked for a cheeseburger plain, mini pancakes, coffee and fries. After receiving my order one of the girls seemed lost and didn’t know what time of day it was. As we were on the freeway my son noticed his burger wasn’t plain. The fries were extremely hard and crunchy, like they were yesterday’s fries. He wanted to eat the pancakes and noticed they didn’t put a fork or syrup I imagine they want people to enjoy day old crunchy dehydrated fries with without condiments. They did ask if I wanted sauce I said no but that I do want the syrup.
Worst Customer Service....Orders always wrong and then they give you an Attitude when you being it to their attention. Sloppy food served even when they are not busy. THEY JUST DON'T CARE...FROM THE COOK TO THE MGR! These pics are my last order, where their reply was, "we always make them the same". Wow! So grease is now on the menu. Smh
I know I'm not supposed to eat fast food, but sometimes I just want the crunchy tacos 🌮 every blue moon. Thanks Jack !
It was clean and neat when I went in. Hard to find fast food restaurants that are clean anymore. Tables are always dirty these days.

The manager Maria i believe is a rude employee . I been there several times and she always messing up my orders when she bags my food . Everyone else there is perfect ... I think Jack in the box should reconsider who's the manager and who should take her place already . I don't think I'll ever go to this jack in the box again because of her .. for the restraunt 5 stars .. for her zero

Horrible customer service. Morning shift male associate who was taking order was practically screaming through the microphone box and very rudely responded when I nicely asked if he could repeat what he asked because he rudely cut me off when I first said my order. He then continued to cut me off again when I said "when I first read my order, I was gonna say with what type of drink but you cut me off." If you don't like your job, don't work a low paying job and put off your misery into the world and to customers. Owners? Maybe hire people with better I.Q's and Attitude.
