Long wait in drive-thru, received a flat lid on my Creamacino instead of a dome lid with whipped cream, they used 2 tortillas for the burrito and a whole piece of ham which seemed a bit…. Odd. I’ll never order a burrito at Jack in the Box again. I had to walk back inside to get salsa for the burrito because they didn’t put any sauce in the bag.
I added a picture. This is horrible. Why would anyone send this pit to a customer. Most of the peppers are raw and one is burned to a crisp. I will never visit this store again.
Food was food, order was accurate. Food was ordered at the drive thru, but took an extremely long time to be ready. We ordered food, plus milkshakes. The food was given, and we had enough time between the food being given and the milkshakes being given that the food was all eaten. The staff was friendly and professional, so no complaints there. And the food was of good quality.
Stopped in to place a to go order. Not alot of wait time from time I ordered til my food was ready. They have some really good menu items for the price. The burgers especially the new double sourdough jack burger is really good! Friendly employees there. One of my usual spots to stop in at.
Enjoyed the welcomed smile of the young lady at the window. She gave a feeling of enjoying her job and happy to serve everyone. 😊 They hired a great person for their place of employment!
Probably one of the worst places for customer service of all the Jack In The Box restaurants I have been to. On 7/9 at about 1230 in the afternoon. There were about 3 people waiting foe their orders We had about 5 people. The front counter guy didn't know the menu and had to ask someone in the back. Pro Tip: whenever you work somewhere in the food industry, it's a fantastic idea to "know your products" in order to better serve your customers. So counter guy came back around to the front. At that point someone came in, and the front counter guy turned all his full attention to them, and continued to assist them... Mind you, this while time, management was standing in the back just talking, and had no inclination to come up front and help with the front counter. The staff needs retraining on customer service as well as knowing their products, what comes on them, and how to communicate their intentions.
This place by far has the worst customer service. I pull into the drive through to order for our family. He greets me and I start to order, I asked for just a moment so my wife could decide he kept saying what else. I asked again for one second please and he waited 4 seconds and said “so does this complete your order” frustrated I said “no dude, I asked for a moment to look at the menu”. I’ve never been so rushed before in my life at a drive through of a place that has zero customers inside and no one behind me in line. I would give negative stars if I could.
