I just arrived at the drive-thru to order an ultimate burger meal with curly fries and a drink. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that the curly fries are often served lukewarm and appear overcooked. I always get the fries like that all the time 😔
I drive 2x as far to skip the Jack in Waipio and come here instead because it is pretty good about keeping menu items in stock and cooks the food better. Only issue is sometimes has people begging for money at night in the drive-thru line.
Came in yesterday for my free Mint Mobile Small Milkshake. It was soooo yummy, tasted like Milk and Cream with a dash of green. Ordered it online with the mobile app and the staff were fast and easy.
I ordered the fish sandwich combo and I’m very disappointed. The fish was way over cooked!!! Couldn’t even bite through it! Your staff has to do better!! This was on Thurs., 3/30 around 3:00pm.
Food is good. Good variety to choose from. Busy at lunchtime. Convenient location.
Paid 36.60 dollars for a teri bowl milk shake and a bacon swiss buttery jack medium size with regular fries and a chicken fajita pita. My bacon Swiss was dry I had to eat it while drinking my drink and my fries was cold and I have no sauce for my chicken fajita pita. I would go back down but the people working didn't give my recipe and I only live 2 minutes away from jack in the box. It shouldn't be so expensive if the quality is not good.

The female working the drive thru was very rude! No customer service skills whatsoever!! I was excited about trying the new cheddar burger and it sucked! My patty was extremely overcooked and dry, plus there was about a dimes worth of sauce on it! We also got the 2 for $6 breakfast sandwiches and asked them to add Mayo and they didn't! When she handed our bags to us she didn't say anything..no thank you nothing then she loudly shut the window! I just finished a six day 12 hour work week and was looking forward to enjoying my food and watching a movie! I was just gonna order dominoes, but I saw the advertisement for the cheddar burger so I had my son drive me there, and I regret it!!
