I'd give them a 5 but they kept the dining room closed past 10am. The sign on the door says it's open from 6am to 10pm. I understand being understaffed but at least put up a note saying that the dining room will be closed so people don't wait around for nothing. I edited my score from 1 to 4. The owner reaching out to me was appreciated. Again, I understand being understaffed and even support closing down dining rooms if needed as long as a note is posted. These are strange times we live in and we will all need to adapt.
I bought 2 combo and wanted a refill of water. the lady says, "we don't normally do that here." I just turned around and left. now I'm think they don't normally do refill or they didn't want to refill my cup but anyways hope management can figure something out. also vegetarian options would be great 👍
Every time we come to this location it’s either busy or the employees don’t understand what I’m saying ? I’m speaking loud and clear. Also for the workers that are employed at jack in the box, don’t work here if you don’t actually want to be there, theirs people in this world that are actually praying for a job so be grateful or as a matter of fact get a better job!

I often come to this Jack in the Box during my lunch break. I always order the crispy chicken strips, but am always a little wary since every Jack in the Box I've been to will end up burning at least one of the strips every other visit. I prefer to eat the strips as is, but when the chicken is tough and dry from over cooking, I use the buttermilk sauce to try to cover up the taste. I just accept it as a fact of life when ordering from Jack in the Box. Today was one such day. This time though, about halfway through my meal, the lady at the counter inquired about how my meal was since there were no other customers at the time. When I informed her that one piece was burnt, she requisitioned a new one to take its place without me ever having to approach the counter. Needless to say, this level of service goes above and beyond any level of service I've received at a fast food restaurant and, at the time of this review, I would highly recommend this Jack in the Box as a great place to eat in. PS: Today, the printed covers for the buttermilk sauce were humorously askew. Just a funny little tidbit.
Food was good. The spicy chicken sandwich is very comparable to the Chick-fil-A sandwich. Very friendly service. Unfortunately at the location that I patronized, the dining room is closed (as well as the restroom). Take out only. Had to eat in my car. Looks like they are remodeling.

The cashier has a bad attitude and tries to speed up the ordering process, very rude. I ordered 5 burgers and there was I missing when I got home. It's not about the money, I just don't want to spend my money receiving such a bad attitude and having issues with my order. 21:26. 04/09/2022
