Got two hash browns for my 5 year old and I and also a breakfast jack to share we got to the window and they handed my bag to me….the hash browns were good and super hot but I pulled out the breakfast jack and it was cold…… cheese wasn’t even melted almost as if they just through a breakfast jack into my bag that was left out …. It was gross and super cold
The food is good but the employee Josue ALWAYS has an attitude with customers. He almost always gets our order wrong and blames us when he’s the one to blame. He doesn’t ask for sizes of the order and just puts whatever he wants. He will claim he does repeat your order when he does not. I like going here because it’s closer to our home but I hope you won’t get Josue when you order here.
Cold tasteless burger. A few months ago I got a hot juicy burger that I really enjoyed. Since then I go back craving that hot delicious burger but since then they are always cold, tasteless and old. I'm done with Jack in the box. After reading the reviews the same complaints and nothing has changed. So obviously the replies from management is not sorry because the reviews remain the same going back months and months.
Terrible tonight. If I am on the go, do you think I want a chicken patty on my salad? With no knife. If we order bacon cheddar potato wedges, do you think we really want bacon and cheddar on those wedges? We do. If we order two home style chicken sandwiches, do you think we want broken- shriveled chicken patties that have been sitting around for hours? If I order a #12, medium regular fries and a regular chocolate shake... Do you need to ask me if I want the combo? What size? What kind of fries? What to drink?
The Jack-in-the-Box here in Vista way better food, service and atmosphere. The Jack in the box in Fallbrook has & will always have mediocre food, service and atmosphere
I like this Jack in the box. Very friendly helpful staff. Their fountain soda was out but the staff gave me a refill from behind the counter with a smile.
Food was good. But then the manager messed up on the shake and refused to give me my money back and then smiled and flipped me off.
Ordered and was charged for a bacon American ribeye, sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes and got a cold burger with no bacon and no sauce. Ate it crying and ashamed in my car.
