The egg rolls are delicious. I enjoyed them. We asked for fresh fried ones and that's exactly what we got.
So you order food and their prices have gone way up and then you ask for some Ranch and I am being charged for dipping sauce. Your chicken sandwiches used to be $1 and now they are $3, and your large drinks are $4 I think you got your fees covered. No need to Nickle and Dime someone on the sauces. A great way to go out of business. Oh and didn’t see it posted about charging for the sauces so pretty sure this a franchise thing because it isn’t displayed when you order.
Had an incident with one of the shift leads where she gave me attitude, rolled her eyes, and shouted at my for simply purchasing additional ranch dressings. Even tho I asked her to charge me, and didn’t have an issue with paying because I knew I was asking for quite a few. Anywho, I did the survey and was reached by the general manager, who apologized about the incident & said the shift lead should know better. I just wanted to bring the behavior to her attention. GM offered me a free combo of my choice for the inconvenience. Please note- The GM Brittanie (sorry about the spelling) was kind and understanding over the phone, I just wanted her to know the poor service her emps provide. However, When I went to redeem my free combo, the employees said they didn’t find my Info, they refused to let me speak to the GM. They said she was “in a meeting.” The employees were very rude once again. I was trying to explain what happened but they didn’t understand. The GM told me over the phone if there was an issue to ask the employees to call her, they didn’t want to call her. I left with no meal… I will not be coming here anymore. I will also forward this to corporate again because they have terrible service here.
8months ago I had 5 star review now I have to drop it down 2 stars online cause the shake I ordered is thick and pretty good. The tacos I order were horrible. They had wat to much grease on the taco and the taco bag/cover. The shell tasted like it was stale or jus over done. Service was still fast and friendly but quality of food sucked. The shake was so frozen I couldn't use a straw and took the lid off. Wow is all I can say
I spent$8.48, got 2 tacos $2, one chicken sandwich $2 and NO FRIES $3.9 9. 2E K2 EWERE DRIVING THROUGH TOWN AND GOT OFF THE FREEWAY TO GET FOOD. IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN LONGER TO GET OF THE FREEWAY AND GO THRU THAT LINE TO RETRIEVE MY FRIES BUT MY KIDS THANK YOU FOR NOT FEEDING THEM
Good work Ashley and late shift team members ! I asked for extra hot sauce and extra lettuce and extra cheese on my tacos and they got it right! Most of the time it's wrong , sometimes in the afternoon it's good but it's a hit or miss but lately we've been coming for late night snacks and we have hit the Jack pot! Wooo!!! I am a business owner myself and I love how efficient and accurate these workers are , they are a treasure. My family and I are regular late night snackers.
Drive thru service is always quick and accurate no matter the time of day. Even on busy days they have someone taking orders while you wait in extended lines.
Used the app. Accidentally order used my points for a free burger. They could've canceled it at the restaurant and processed it anyway. Only got a refund for my salad. Never coming to this one again.
