Well folks always said certain things aren't for everybody in awhile this happens not to be for me maybe for others but I just don't like this place it's very slow service and very rude staff and they stuff are young and just in a whole different mindset focused on outside of work ethics more so than dedicated to proper customer service and food service... The drive-through takes forever I mean literally longer than 30 minutes there's nothing worse than overcooked and nine times out of ten that's what one get when choosing this jack in the box to eat.. and that they have drink carriers but they fail and refused to provide them for the customers and they want to tell you the manager doesn't know how to order and keep things stocked sad but true...

My husband tried the sourdough double with bacon burger and loved it. Fries were cooked so perfect they didn't need any dipping sauce. Drive through staff seemed exhausted and not into their job but no issues. Portion size is huge.

Requested fresh churros and got them. my lg doc had no ice in it (warm post doc is not ok)I asked if their eyes machine was broken and they are like oh yeah it is. So I asked if I could get a different drink like a frozen coffee or something and was informed that it would be an additional charge, the warm soda would not credit towards that beverage. I asked if even the broken ice machine would be something that would make them consider maybe at least a simple up charge and not in additional charge for the Drink in its entirety. No dice. Stars deducted for cold fries and warm sodas and not mentioning this ahead of the order.

Horrible. Staying in town for the night and we went through the drive through. Placed order after I asked the employee to speak up ( I drive a diesel truck and always turn it off). Ordered for my whole family. Out of EVERY soda. Got food. Missing several items, went back through, employee stated he put everything in the bags. Fries were hours old, burgers were cold and no ice in our tea at all. Definitely won't be going again. Should've just requested my money back and gone elsewhere.

I went inside to ask if the employees knew about this dog outside, as it looked to be distressed and had been sitting outside for hours. The gal with tattoos under her eyes rudely and firmly told me this was their regular’s dog and that it was fine and (in other words) to mind my own business. I couldn’t believe how I was treated for being concerned over this dog’s well-being. I won’t ever be back.

Jack...the people want the RANCH. Every time I order, they are stingy with the RANCH. I would be happy to pay extra, but that never seems to be an option. Everyone loves the RANCH!

You have GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! What a joke. All I asked for was ranch with my meal. Not only did they give me someone else’s food and some nasty sweet/ sour sauce but they hang up on you when you call the “restaurant” to correct your order! Then if you try to call back you get a busy signal. These people want to raise minimum wage for not even doing the bare minimum. Just LOL.

Happy employees, good food, fast service. What more could you ask for? Well, what if the employee paid for your dinner if you couldn’t? Wow, right?! That happened to me tonight. Spencer, an employee of Jack in the Box stepped in and paid for my dinner tonight when my new debit card wouldn’t work. I was so grateful. He went above and beyond the call of duty. It’s a great case of paying it forward. I got to have my Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl. The only thing that Spencer knew about me was that if nobody was behind me in line when I was ordering I asked a lot of questions & explained what my options were and which entrées were the favorites. Thankfully, I was able to pay him back after I found my bag of quarters in the car. I’ll be going back for Spencer and the food.
