This trip was my first time here, and honesty, I wasn't super impressed. The guy who took our order seemed checked out and just wasn't focused. A customer before me had to go back and asked for her drink cup. He apologized but just seemed strange. Even my order I had to pay twice because my milkshake was left out. The manager, at least I think she was, was just EXELLENT!!! She greeted us when we walked in and checked our order, told us to have a great night with a smile as we left. 3 out of 5 stars 💜💜💜🖤🖤
I don't recommend coming here in the toilet, there is no paper behind the cash register, the person doesn't understand what I'm ordering and makes the wrong order in the soda machine, there is no ice soda very warm music plays very loudly disgusting music from the pros there are napkins on the table, run away from here
I ordered a Supreme Croissant that was not cooked very well and asked for them to remake it well done. I was very polite about it, but the server acted like it was a huge undertaking! Even though I was the only one in the restaurant and it was dead on drive thru. The second sandwich was more undercooked than the first one! The music was blasting and the bathrooms were horrible! Skip this place and go somewhere else! Horrible! 6/12/2023 follow up. Was called by management and spoke to Antonio. He was very friendly and understanding of the situation and offered me a meal for my bad experience. Great follow-up, and this is how customer service should be!
The food was nasty. I should of known when there were very few cars in the parking lot. I got a chicken sandwich. The bread had no mayo. The bread was not soft. My husband and son's orders were messed up. 😕 wasted My money 💰!
Will never, ever, ever return. Not only did I witness employees smoking on the job, in front of the door, doing drugs at the workplace, the drugs also made him throw up. This is so unprofessional and breaks so many violations I am just stunned. I will attach the photo. The icing on the cake was the cold fries served to me as if it was acceptable. Seemed like a manager was on duty. Jack in the Box get it together. This is not okay.
Three weeks and their 85+ flavor soda machine doesn't work, dispensing uncarobonated watery syrup. I guess this is Jack In The Box's version of McDonald's ice cream machine (never working). The food tasted good, but maybe change it to a BYOB (last B for Beverage, or Beer, whatever suits you). At least until they get it fixed...
The girl at the the drive through window said I was pretty. Would give 500 stars if possible.
Food was much better than the Alamo Drive in Vacaville food, not as greedy. The place was clean, and service was great.
