Corporation needs to take care of this location. We ordered combos and their coke machine was not working. We were still charged as if if they gave us a coke. We had to go to front store “Minits” to purchase our drinks. The napkins were like the ones you buy at the store “rolls”. The restrooms were filthy. The food. I was very upset I got curly fries that seemed from the day before. Why is it that the close fast food restaurants are to the border the less they are taken care of?! Oh and no AC in location. We are here two months for a demo job & never going back again..
There was only 3 people working and they were busy the whole time. I waited a while, but service was still very professional and polite. Inside need major updates. Food was delicious.
This place could use a janitorial crew. While there I guess a employee who was off came in and went to the kitchen area and looked like he grabbed his phone charger and as he was leaving started was using profanity and used the N word and telling someone in the back he was going out of town. Pretty unprofessional if you ask me.
Worst place ever..coke machine still isn't working quit lying..we waited for the orders 1 hr and 15 min..will be calling corporate my whole family needs their money back..we paid $62. $25. $28. and $18. For cold food and all food thrown on trays with no wrappers..very unsanitary..I will never go back to this location..I will complain and come back on here to post the outcome..my 6 yr old grandson didn't really eat he was so tired and our graduate had to go thru this...all people in dining room were all complaining...sad place ..
went by the other day and had great customer service, food took a little while but only one worker servicing the entire restaurant. give that employee a hefty raise
The restaurant was really dirty including restrooms. They did not give me my full order. The place did not have AC super humid and their soda fountain was not working.
I've been to this JackNthe book 4 times now and have always sat in the parking lot for 20+ minutes waiting for my food
