The grilled chicken sandwich was very tasty. The bacon ranch burger didn't look anythink like the menu picture. 🤣I questioned that we had the right order. Tiny tacos are always a fun snack!
The food was good. The service was great. The tables were all dirty, and no one was in the lobby. We were able to find one of the tables with the least amount of crumbs. We went about an hour before the dinner crowd would be coming in.
Breakfast was good. Drive thru staff could use some customer service training. He was rude and then didn’t say a word once we got to the pick up window.
Hamburgers were over cooked and dried out. Service was ok. We had difficulty understanding cashier.
Terrible experience, went through the drive through and got a meal and tacos with 4 drinks. Never got straws, the receipt and even got cold food. This place has really gone downhill. Only thing that was warm was the tacos. Other than that the fries tastes like they have been out for the past couple days. Irritated me so much I didn't want to go back, because knowing my luck I would have had more cold food.
I know fast food is expected to be bad but they take it to a new level here with insane wait times and always mess up my order. Sat in the parking lot for a good 30 min waiting on a chicken wrap...
This place has gone down hill so fast. None of the card readers are chip enabled, tap only or cash. Food used to taste real good, now it tastes horrible.
Very disappointed with how I was treated sat in the drive through for about 10-15 minutes no one took my order. Pulled up to the window and the two ladies were so rude didn’t even apologize all she kept saying was that she asked me to order but wasn’t saying anything, this has never happened before just really disappointing to see how they treat their customers like that. And let alone I had to sit there for another 15 just to get my food the lady that brought it out wasn’t nice at all. Literally so disappointed.
