I ordered the bacon , egg, ham breakfast sandwich and hash brown. The drive thru way fast and pretty empty at 4pm. My cashier was polite and my food was fast but greasy! Still good and I enjoyed the taste so I was pretty satisfied.
Not good. Order was for a crew and they must have given us the wrong order because there was so much missing. Five full lunches out of 12. We're on the road a lot and working a lot of different productions which is why we go to different fast food restaurants. It's not our ideal go-to, but it's there and well that's the success of fast food right because they're there and it's quick. But when things like this happen not only is it time consuming but it also hurts the morale of the crew. In this case it cost us a lot of money to have to go somewhere else I was closer, pay more for those meals and waste all the time and had to excuse the crew from coming back on late because half of them didn't get their lunches. Staying away from Jack in the Box is not that difficult. Especially because there's fast food everywhere. But the time and money loss is inexcusable. Not only will we not return their for any medium to large orders anymore at all, But we will also make sure that everybody knows our experience besides through this platform We will use others to share what happened here. At the very least reimbursing us would be great but I've seen some of your emails and responses and that certainly is not your option at least to other people I've had similar experiences with your company. You know many years ago Jack in the Box was actually respectable, Now in most markets they just become a big joke. I wouldn't be surprised if one day we hear Jack in the Box is no longer Jack in the Box It's Jim in the boxer somebody else owns it now they parted in a fire sale and they should have just burnt it down!!!!!
Food’s good! Sometimes it’s warm and ready to eat. Drive thru lines are always long and take forever. They move at super slow rates . I worked in fast food, I know how hard it is, But every jack in the box, I’ve ever been to, has been open 24hrs a day. They (JITB) should have it down by now. I shouldn't have to wait an hour for a milkshake. Update: sorry (JITB) went last night and y’all were closed…. You dropped the ball on the only chance I was giving you guys to win me over . (Failed)
Food was subpar. Lukewarm burger and missing like 2 chicken nuggets. The fries were reheated and floppy. Get a new crew or just don't go to this jack in the box. Very disapointing cause the jack in the box by my house is like 10x better.
Just ordered a "number 7 with jalapenos just the burger" got stuff jalapenos cool. Typical experience here, they don't listen or read back the order at least it's getting more expensive :)
I personally didn't enjoy they burgers. Most of my bites were bread. The hashbrown was a tad too crispy for my liking, and the service was just okay.
This location closes the lobby extremely early sometimes almost 2 hour before the lobby is supposed to be closed @10pm. This has happened to me multiple times this month alone each time the line is so ridiculous that I'm not going to sit in line for 40 minutes to get fast food it defeats the purpose
We had a large order, but by the time we arrived at the window, food and drinks were almost ready, our visit was on 07/25/23 a little bit after 9 pm, so congrats to the team
