First time visiting. Went on a Saturday afternoon. Lots of stores around like Sam’s club and Costco just 5mins away. The restaurant was not crowded at all. Lots of parking and the kids enjoyed their freshly made meals. The only complaint I have was the bad odor in the restaurant. I recommend and I’ll return.
I haven't eaten at Jack in the Box for over a decade. My youngest sister let me know that they still served the Ultimate Cheese burger, which was my favorite, back in the day. So, I decided to order it along with the curly fries as a substitute for the regular fries a lemonade w/no ice. The burger looked like the size of a burger from a kids happy meal. The patties looked like one patty carefully cut in 1/2. The curly fries were cold and dry, like they were sitting from a previous order that may have been canceled. My family ordered curly fries as a substitute for French fries as well, yet they only received the regular french fries and was told it would be an extra charge. My curly fries was a combination of curly fries, french fries and a couple of waffle fries as well. Needless to say, This was a choice because it was close to the freeway and we were hungry. and needed some nourishment before we got back on the road to Arizona for my niece's graduation. They need Needless to say, I will not be going back there or to any other Jack in the box ever again.
That Was the Worse Service ever especially they Messed up my friend order and they Charged Him twice for something that he didn’t ask for. Manager asked him to Pay again in order to correct their mistake I was trying to communicate with her in English and she talked with her employees in Español so I don’t understand how she became a manager:/ And here is the receipt as a proof. I will follow up with corporate regarding this issue.
We used the drive thru on the way home from Lake Havasu. The service was fast, given the 4 different orders placed. We decided to eat it it in the car so we could let the dogs out to stretch their legs. We saw a sign on the doors that said the inside dining was closed and only the drive thru was open. We didn’t know why until we saw the homeless coming thru, dragging a wagon or a rolling suitcase trying the door regardless of the sign. Pretty clever of Jack to keep it closed during the daytime hours in the week. Especially with so much violence in the world right now. Other than that our food was great!
The service sucked. And I rarely give low reviews. There wasn't really anyone in the parking lot during lunch. Only one. Went through the drive through the person was rude didn't answer about a menu item. The prices were high. Ordered a cheese jumbo jack. Received no cheese. Never will go back. Fries were cold and stale. Thanks but no thanks for 31 dollars for nothing. Charged for a breakfast burrito meal. Given only the burrito. Tried to say something. They didn't care. So drink or hash brown.
Order a ultimate cheeseburger plan and got a chicken sandwich with everything my curly fries where cold the only thing that was right was my hi-c orange but I ask for no ice and got ice 🤦🏽♂️ all bad now at work with no lunch to eat!!!!!
I couldn’t get the old lady’s name but she had attitude when I was ordering, poor customer service. Every time I order something here they forget something I paid for and ordered. You guys should really train your staff better. Do better
Wow! This was the best, freshest, juiciest Jack Burgers we have ever had! Every one that I've tried has been so dry and dull, I had to take them home and add ketchup and mayo. But thus place takes the prize! Never knew it could be this good. Super delicious!
