Worst food I payed $8 for 4 potato wedges and i bought a burger clearly told them no onions because i am allergic and they still put onions i went back to try and ask for my money back and asked me for the receipt i showed it to them and they still didn’t wanna refund or give me new item.
Food was as good as always, just the preparing of the food took twice as long. This was fine with me while I cooled down with my refreshment in a well air conditioned jack in the box. Still the staff needs to pick up or add 2 additional workers.
Horrible store. Ignorant low class staff. Place looks like it's being run like a frat house. Management won't do a thing about retraining staff and for months the phone doesn't work. I brought it to the attention of management and they said it's a wire issue... for a MONTH. The owners know the problem. I recommend going anyplace to eat besides this store. Ps they had me get off tge timer at drive through too .. I see they have been doing that for months. Don't go in to fix your issues in person because they blame the customers
Drive through was incredibly rude, my old IMMIGRANT mother was having a bit of trouble ordering and they rushed her out of the drive through! WOW! Expected better service. Food was delicious though.
Cockroaches in the lobby, dirty restaurant from curb to counter. The worst Jack in the box in the area. Avoid at all costs.
Food was alright. The drive through was a little weird, they had a timer for employees. They had me wait out of camera range so as not to start clock I'm guessing. Then wanted me to back up in drive though for same clock camera trickery. Didn't like the gaming they were doing. Needs to stop or I will not go back.
I got a ultimate bacon cheese burger the meat reminded me of school food in the 80s. The after tast and really bummed me out then when I brought it up to the staff they told me I was wrong ... I couldn't identify if it was racism or arrogance I asked where they got the meat from they would not tell me the source. there was crumbs on all the tables half the flavors were out in the soda machine the bathroom were worse than truck stops - or rest stops
Not enough employees' food took a long time to get.
