I ordered through the drive through and i ordered 4 meals l. So they gave me a broken cup holder to start off and all the drinks fell in my brand new car seats. Second they told me to park on number 2 to get my order. They didn’t come out until another 10 min and the guy that came out looked high and i ask for a new cup holder and ranch and hot sauce. He came back with the ranch but no cup holder and no hot sauce. So i ask for it again and he comes back looking so high with cup holder and sauce. I come home and they forget a set of fries. Smh and our food was cold. And my sprite!! Looked light brown and not clear!!!!
Y'all have horrible customer service, you're restaurant is disgusting, oh and real nice to have your employees trying to fight customers cuz they are little punks. Will be call BBB definitely filing any complaint I can. Definitely needs new management!!!!
Had everyone pull to front of the store and wait for their food ...but the wait was average so, not sure why we all had to do that ... It was a weird drive thru experience!!
It was a goodish place to watch the fireworks besides a singular tree in the way, oh yeah foods good👍
Clean Restaurant, Plenty of seating, Easy to get in and out of Parking area. Confused a Drive in order with my order. The Sourdough Jack Burgers should have been half the price. Because, they were very Dry! .. A spot of Mayonnaise, no ketchup, and no Onion Sauce on them. The Tomatoes were almost non existent. The Curly Fries were too expensive. I didn't think to check the price ahead of time. (that's my fault) We were very disappointed in this order 😞

Food was horrible. Fries tasted like they were cooked in old dirty oil & burger tasted & felt like it was boiled or microwaved. Couldn't even finish the food. I just tossed it. My son said the same thing about his from this order. Also waited in line about 20 min just to get it... definitely not worth it.
I arrived there at 7:40 pm and walked inside, after waiting approx 4 minutes at the counter I was finally addressed by a elderly lady that informed me that " the lobby was closed." That's 20mins before the posted time! Went through the drive thru (very long and slow) I ordered egg rolls and tacos with soy sauce and taco sauce. Was asked if the screen was correct to which I replied no, it said sweet and sour and nothing about taco sauce. Finally got to the window and reminded taco and soy sauce. "No problem " was the response. When I got home I had 14 sweet and sour sauces and no taco or soy sauce!! 🤬
