I have actually eaten here before. On my way home, I plan to stop in to grab a shake. However, I was disappointed to learn that they were closed, at 9:30 PM on Tuesday night. I was more disappointed to see that their hours of operation actually listed them to be open until 10 PM. If your business hours are until 10 PM, then you should be open until 10 PM. It’s just that simple.
Don't expect to order from the menu. They are limited to what they want to serve you with. Do not request for shakes unless you want them to say no. Same thing with most side orders. Good luck leaving this place satisfied. Don't say I didn't warn you.
They charge for sauce without first asking, even if it does appear on the screen, also last time they didnt charge me. Just not a good model its always best To ask the customer & the line is long & the priority is the congested drive thru, definitely better jacks for sure
I rarely ever go to Jack in the box, because it never agrees with me, but I found that the clucking chicken meal was delicious so I always order it.... The last time I went, it was atrocious, the bun was stale and dry, chicken was chewy and it just tasted not great! The only thing that saved it was the tacos :/ and even though the curly fries were stale, they tasted somewhat edible... The staff was friendly and fast! 👍🏼👍🏼 Edit: ontop of everything they charged me 3x!!! That's inexcusable
Establishment very rude and nasty , they feel like when you order don't have to have respect, But then when you want to work in fast food it doesn't mean you show no respect because it's for EVERYONE and not just your RACE , and YES people pick and choose when they want to show respect knowing that we all are in the same BOAT regardless! And the little man with the black shirt you prepare the food and manager too , but want to have attitudes than the girl with the short hair you feel a way everytime but y'all overly cooking people food and don't have better attitudes. #cancelled #newtraining
Have been going to this Jack for 5 years never have I ever been charged for a "RANCH" Leslie is the cashier & said Yes you only get 1 ranch for your order I went back same order didnt get charged for a "RANCH"
False advertising and shrinkflation. The loaded tiny tacos advertised as 15 tinnier tacos, my receipt read 13 tiny tacos, 8 of which I actually received. Abysmal service and lucrative prices as well.
My kids don't eat pork, and this is the second time where we placed an order without pork, went home and my kids start eating, and my son screams daddy look their are bacon in my sandwich. Next day l went to speak with Monica the manager she was rude in reporting the incidence, instead she wants to reports for taking pictures. Very unprofessional.
