Good food friendly staff. Never rushed never a long wait to place order and always double checks order before giving to you. The night manager (Joel) is a cool dude very respectful. Enjoy my stops into this establishment. Will be back very soon!
If I could give negative stars I would. How in the **** are you going to give one condiment for two orders that include big fries. What are we supposed to share them?. We point blank looked you in the face and asked for multiple and you did that.... on top of it OUR FRIES WERE COLD ! Couldn't even give warm fries. Depressing. On top of that they added like no sauce to the cluck sandwich!!!-10
1st time at this location, ordered through the app & picked up in the drive thru. Good location, friendly service, order was filled perfectly with everything accounted for, including a stir stick straw. Food was consistent to JItB, was hot & packed well.
They charged me someone else’s order. And mind you this I was the only one in drive through and the lobby was closed. I don’t know how the young boy did that. Then wanted to give me cash instead of putting the money back into my checking account.
I love this Jack I'm the box. My food is always hot amd fresh. The staff is friendly and if there was anything missing I had no problem getting it back.
It's fast food so I don't go expecting a great meal. I have low expectations. What I love about JitB is that they serve most of the menu at all times, and for a slightly longer wait than some other places, I get hot food. I am usually satisfied with my order, but yesterday I ordered an ultimate cheeseburger combo (large) with curly fries and a diet coke. I subbed for sourdough bread, which costs more. The fries and drink were great. The service was good. The burger, however, was not. The bread was either old or overcooked, or some combination of the two. I couldn't bite through it. After several failed attempts to remove the outer inch or so of the bread, I finally just ate the meat and cheese without the bread.
The workers there were really nice but the food was absolutely terrible. Came out cold and it actually messed up my stomach.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I GET TO THE SPEAKER THE DUDE WHO HAD THE HEADSET SAID JACK!!!! I SAID HUH????? HE SAID WHATS YOUR ORDER????? I ASKED FOR FRESH FOOD I GOT THIS????????ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????? AND TO TOP OT OFF I DID NOT RECEIVE A RECEIPT?????
