Staffs aren’t nice. Disgusting hard, salty chicken tenders. My kids didn’t want to eat them. Threw them out directly in the garbage.
1/2022 update: moldy bun served in drive thru. I know it happens, just wish it was caught by staff, lost appetite 😬 got a refund. Not a fun thing. Original Review: They aren't giving receipts and there was a mistake with our order. Make sure to ask for a receipt. Watched as cashier gave people their cards back without receipts. Ours wasn't in food bag either.
Never going back! First time.. forgot cheese cake and fries! 2nd time forgot mini churros, third time forgot cheese cake! All at drive through! This will never happen again! Not going back ever! And probably never gonna stop at a Jack in the Box wherever I'm am in the world ever ever again!
They never get the order correct, I don't know if it's because foreigners are not that bright or they aren't use to hard work but I highly recommend this location hire new staff preferably more black and white people (American, so things can be done more effectively the AMERICAN WAY, we are a 1st world nation and shouldn't be given this 3rd world service.
I placed an order through the app and came to pick it up. It was about 11:45AM and the doors were locked, but people were inside. It looked like two people were on break and two were working the drive through. I called, but no one picked up (and I let it ring for a while). When the drive thru was cleared up, I walked up to the window to ask for my food. It had been ready and waiting. I'm not sure why the store was closed or why no one could open the door for me. The whole ordeal was really strange when lunch should be their most busy hour. Maybe their doors are always locked. I don't know. Food was good though.
i love this jack in the box, we are regulars here. we order our drink without ice, she hands driver cup and walks away. There's ice, we wait a while for someone to come back, we explain we ordered no ice. She replaced the soda, but there's a bitter taste. We order the loaded tiny tacos with just the cheese sauce... Fast and friendly service at 2am? While also nailing my lettuce wrap request? That's a 5 star Jack.
