We do not have Jack in the Box where I live. I drove 7 hours to try and enjoy it while I was in town. I had the employee read my order back and confirm it 3 times. Everything was wrong the fries were old and cold the tacos were cold, and After asking FOR NO LETTUCE. .. They still Put it on there... After I requested many times and paid for sour dough I did not get it. Was already on the 7 hour trip home when I discovered everything was wrong.

Of three meals, I requested regular fries for 2 of them and got 3 curly fires. I had taco sauce and they forgot to give it to me. I was in the drive through waiting parking spot and they brought my food, realized about the taco sauce, went to get that and that's when I saw all curly fries. Only one was corrected because what I ordered "came with curly fries." Even though when ordering I asked if I could have regular and was told yes. So I just got one regular, they didn't bring me the 2nd correction.

Understaffed and customer service are non-existent. They seemed overwhelmed and just a look of defeat on their face. Need to communicate better on letting people know of wait times. Because they are constantly behind. Also, dine-in closes early every time. Servers are always on their phones. No professionalism at all. I hope they do better and overcome. Need to be better and hire more employees. Train your staff to be fast and efficient.

Shout out to Abby and the other girl who was working the front/ drive through today! (@ 1:20 pm 6/28/23) They were absolutely SLAMMED but managed to keep things rolling with a positive attitude. When I left the drive through I had an item missing and they were so quick to correct my order and took their customer service to the next level.

Waited forever at the drive thru. They had no tea made, the drive thru was extremely slow. Waited forever for order to be taken as did the person in front of us who was still waiting for their food when we came around the corner. This jack in the box is horrible; remodeling had no improvement on service. Do better..bring people over from the I-10 location to train these people or hire a new manager.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a double jack combo a bacon ultimate combo and a supreme croissant and my croissant was hard as a rock it tasted stale the the egg, ham, bacon and cheese looked like it was thrown on there. there wasn’t a line so there was no reason to rush it had one piece of bacon in it. The curly fries and French fries tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed in a good while. I stopped going to jack in the box for a while because of the quality of the food but I decided to give them another chance because it was 9:30 am and my husband and daughter wanted a burger. they just recently remodeled the restaurant but you can put lipstick on a pig but it will still be a pig! The girl working the window was friendly but she seemed overwhelmed like it was rush hour even though there was only one car in line. All in all Jack in the box needs to get better employees people who actually care about giving out quality food. I am so disappointed

Inside looks much nicer after the remodel. They were short staffed during lunch, but they still did great! Hot food, made well.

We know the cheap processed food we buy is extremely unhealthy, but this location does a good job at making decent food. When given my food from the cashier, I found it wasn't burnt, dry, or overcooked at all. The egg rolls were pretty tasty. The only reason I gave the food four stars instead of five, is because they had forgotten to include my syrup. I was so hungry for a snack, I ate the pancakes by themselves. Delicious!
