I'm from Virginia ,it was a place I wanted to go too if I was ever in California ,well I made it , and after a Whale watching tour it was perfect for quick fast food I totally satisfied , not bad at all,

I keep getting the wrong order everytime I use the drive thru the last few times I came recently. I’m losing money coming here. It’s either wrong order or missing orders. Don’t order a chocolate shake too early in the day either, or else they will give it to you melted and not cold. Better check what they hand to you before driving away. I really like Jack in the Box, but this location is below standard.

We've been here at least 5 times, and every single time they manage to get our order wrong. Today we asked for a fry with the teriyaki chicken bowl and we got nothing. Once they completely burnt the bread on the sourdough jack and undercooked the meat? Not to mention the service here is unbelievably slow for a drive thru.

I placed an online order today for a quick late night bite. I have worked for Jack-In-The-Box before and I understand toward the late night it can be tiring as cars start to pile up. With that being said I was attended in a quite indifferent and rude manner. I ordered a double jumbo jack combo but I am pretty sure I got the ultimate cheeseburger instead. I also ordered a munchie meal with 2 servings of halfsies fries but instead got tacos as a side which I did NOT order as part of my meal on the app. I ordered various sauces as well but seemed to have only been given two of them. Lastly, the workers forgot a coffee which I politely reminded them of after they assumed my order was done and the worker who attended me reacted in a very rude manner upset as if the item was not part of the order, which it was. I rarely go to this location or eat fast food at all but the times I have gone here they seem to always mess up my order and today was no exception. I hope for the workers to pay more attention to the orders in detail since they have given me the wrong items or have missed some all together.

I called them and they told me they're closed, what's going on? I spoke to them and they told me that at 4am they close and I was waiting there since 3:30 am a woman answered me, I don't know if the owner of the place knows what his employees are doing. Im a seaside Resident. Every time I go there. My experience is the same. Horrible. Service it's super bad, unpolite, rude, I feel like they think Im asking for free food. My favorite fast food its Jack in the box , but not this location anymore. I know I can go anywhere else. I just hope that they get better Customer service training. Today I went again to Drive thru, and I was trying to get someone to take my order. I understand it was 3:30am.! Nobody answered me, than I drove to the window to find a very grumpy lady whom yelled at me and asked me to go back in line. I explained that I called multiple times to the speaker and nobody answered, she yelled at me again saying she was changing her headset battery. ( not sure why they think Yelling in general its ok, and worsen to us as customers). I'm very disappointed on the customer service of this place. Hopefully management can Take this as a serious matter. They just lost one customer but It may seem careless anyway.

Blanca the tall girl has horrible customer service. She has a very bad attitude and had a disgusting look tward Me. I think she needs a write up.

Food was a little soggy. But still good. I hadn't eaten here in a while, and everything on the menu was really expensive. I really miss the dollar menu. I still enjoy their breakfast that's served all day.
