So I came in to buy something, waited for like 5+ mins including yelling at them to get their attention. The amount of time I waited was enough time for my coworker to get his food done next door. So in short their level of service is that they don't want to serve so I'm staying away from this jack-in-the-box.
The food was good and the service was great. Just the dining room was pretty dirty. Not bad but food and napkins under tables etc.
Unbelievable!!! They don’t take credit cards at the drive through then I come inside and they have only 3 workers. They took 10 minutes just to take my order and the guy working the drive through is running back and forth between the two. Hire some more workers and stop being cheap. Anything to save money. Why sacrifice good customer service to save an extra salary. Sad! Total time from from walking in to leaving was 30 minutes. Save your time and go to dennys.
Went to get lunch and asked if they had grilled chicken tenders, which they had confirmed they did. I get to the window and they say sorry we don't have any. Obviously there is a lack of communication between employees or they didn't even bother to check. Pretty ridiculous to not check your inventory when they say they have it.
After leaving San Francisco en route to Santa Barbara we were on the search for a good breakfast place. Being from South Africa and not knowing what to expect we decided to stop here. I could not get anything that I could eat. There were absolutely no healthy options and nothing that was of a good vegetarian choice. This is fast food indeed - no difference to a McDonald’s with bad options that is not good for anybody’s health. I left hungry where as my kids had junk and so did my husband who felt like throwing up after having a burger 🍔
Jack N' the Box is always a quick and easy way to grab a bite to eat. Food and service are always reliable.
I did a mobile order like I always do, waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line, game them my name and they said ok, pull forward. At the window they said they changed the policy and I have to go inside to get my order even though I chose drive thru in the app. This is complete BS.
Horrible customer service, give me attitude when only trying to be polite saying thank you and good morning but couldn’t get it back. I’ll never come back to this location if employees are not trained to be nice to customers.
