Make sure to check your orders before you leave they're usually busy so orders tend to be not quite right or tend to get mixed up from time to time but overall it's not too bad . Oh and I always request freshly fried fries even if I have to wait a lil longer.
I'm not really sure about this Jack in the Box restaurant, I placed just a small order they still made a mistake. I love Jack in the Box perhaps I stopped by at the wrong time. Not a good experience
The food you order will be good like half the time, it’s like a food roulette. Rubbery chicken sandwiches. Could barely bite through it and the breading was sliding off and the chicken itself smells really weird.
Alice was beyond rude!! She shouldn't be working with people. We asked for buttermilk and she completely ignored us. Turned her back on us. Asked again and she said.. I was taking an order. It was a simple.. give me a moment or something. Her attitude was uncalled for. Then to my surprise.. got home and we only had 4 tacos when it should have been 10. Obviously, Alice is not doing her job properly. As I'm waiting, 2 other customers come in to complain regarding missing food and wrong order. Alice needs customer service training!!!
If you want what you ordered you better check it immediately. I don't know if the employees were messing with me or they are just that bad at their job that they forgot the bacon from my two bacon burgers.
I went here to get a spicy chicken sandwich combo and drove away with a breakfast jack. I knew I should have checked the bag, since the cashier asked me four times what I wanted to drink. This isn't the first time JITB screwed up my order and I feel that it won't be the last.
The lady (Alicia) at the register gave bad customer service didn’t seem like she wanted to be at her job the person who was making the burgers made it look like they just slapped half a jar of mayo on my burger sloppiest burger I’ve ever had at that pay rate of $17.25 I would expect better customer service better energy and a well put together burger!!
Fast friendly service, never once has my order been incorrect and the food is fresh and yummy.
