I went this morning and got a salad and their was barely any chicken in it. I called and the worker sydney was rude and told me there was nothing she could do about it. Definitely wont go back their again.
This is what they call a large fries. This is the 2nd time coming here and will be the last. Bag felt so light. Rip off Wasn’t even full. Shameful !
Yeah..... I been coming here for years and not once was I ever disappointed in my favorite food item the bacon Swiss buttery jack the sandwich had no love to it and was burger was flat and barley had any bacon and the cheese look like it was melted plastic. But aye I'll stay a loyal costumer there's always next time.
i give this place no stars for customer service - mediocre customer service - the employees need to actually pay attention to what the customer requests instead of going through the motions.
Ordered a southwest chicken salad for lunch... It's almost 10.00 for a bed of lettuce and a piece of chicken as big as a nugget?? 😡 Come on ! That's a robbery on your customers!! DO BETTER JACK!!!!
I hate the fact that I order my food through Uber eats, got my food delivered but never received my drink since I ordered my food as a combo ! I called and the manager had the audacity to tell me that they can’t do anything in return like I work at a fast food restaurant and I know how it worlds we always try to make it work. be better to provide better.
I was ordering on drive thur and your worker Angelic was being rude I was telling her what I wanted to order and she kept saying what what after a few times I asked for two shakes and she said she only had one but when I was waiting she was making three shakes for the car behind me so does she just choose what customers she going sell shakes to ? AS WELL ITS BEEN ONE WEEK THESE LOCATION STILL DOESNT HAVE ICE ??
Great food and service and you can't go wrong with there tacos. Great price 👍 thank you a customer for life.
