I usually take drive-thru because it's a bit faster. However, when i went inside to dine in, the workers didn't really acknowledge that I was waiting in line for a while, so I ended up just leaving. It seems that they were short staffed. There were other customers waiting for their orders and letting me know that they had been waiting for a long time as well. I would have appreciated it if they had acknowledged that I was in line and reassured that they'll be helping me soon.
Worst service ever and my last time coming to this location. I waited about 15 minutes for 2 items! The customer in front of me had to yell out if anyone was going to take his order. I think I should have walked out as a red flag at that point. When it was my turn I only saw 2 employees taking cooking and 1 girl at the drive thru window. I saw only one car and I was 1 of.2 people inside. So it's safe to say it was extremely slow which is why I don't understand how my order and the gentleman ahead of me had to wait so long for our food. When I finally got my order the girl in the grey top literally threw the orange juice bottle at me and it landed on the floor near the soda machine. I'm surprised she still works there... if I could give zero stars I would. Stay away from this location.

Imagine this jack in the box is in all 88 cities in LA county I love there breakfast platter so I always stop in for breakfast all day
Fast, friendly service. Clean restaurant. Ordered a special way on 3 sandwiches, and they were way what we wanted.
Stale bread over cooked nasty onion rings then when u call they say its not their problem go next door dont waste your money here its fast food not gold but theyll assume your trying to con them out a 6 dollar burger bs unnecessary wasting time and money
I used to love breakfast sandwiches form jack, but now I'm not sure, one thing I liked is that the eggs were freshly cooked now it doesn't seem like they are!😖
Horrible people!! I ordered a jumbo Jack combo for my grandmother and a sourdough sandwich for myself the combo. I asked for a large mocha ice coffee. She said wait a minute she came back with my total. I thought she charged me for the large. At the window she charged me for a small and made me pay for the difference between the small and large. I didn't mind it was only 44cents. I got a bag of food. She gave me an attitude when she gave me my bag of food. I left and when I got home my breakfast sandwich was missing. I didn't even get the hash browns. So I went back and told them I am missing half of my order. She said she forgot my sandwich and hash browns. I reached into my bag and felt my food it was cold. She went and got her manager I told the girl had a bad attitude about my order when I placed it. She forgot to put my order in my bag and my food is cold. She was like I'll just give your money back. She gave me my money back with one nasty attitude
