The youngsters that call this establishment their work place are usually rude. This time they were pleasant, but I ordered a jumbo jack with bacon. And I got home to find a jumbo jack with bacon. And no hamburger patty. I laughed. Then sighed. And went to bed hungry.

Very affordable I got the late night munchie meal delicious and hit the spot ...JACK YOU'VE.. DONE IT AGAIN

The Drive Thru service is very slow. Half of the time they ask you to pull to the front and then they take forever to bring out your food.

Really cool nice and friendly staff. Made Me smile through the drive thru. You all rock late afternoon team!! LOL.

I ordered Jack in the box at around 12:00 am. I ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese and was so so disappointed in what I got. The fries were cold, the sprite tasted so weird the buns were hard as rocks! There was ONE piece of lettuce and no cheese. It's an absolute waste of money. Will literally never take a chance on them again ugh.

I'd give 5 stars if you would simply give the employees an option to build a breakfast sandwich with just egg and cheese. Those of us that don't want meat shouldn't have to order an item that comes with meat only to delete it but still PAY FOR IT. How complicated would it be to give us an egg and cheese only option?

Won't accept cash. Drive thru took 40 minutes. Staff asked customers to reverse for 10 seconds to throw off timer. Terrible
